You’ve spent hard earned dollars on an e-cig, a couple of batteries, an atomizer and some great tasting e-liquid – you like the idea of vaping, and when it is flowing smoothly you love it – but darn it – the batteries need to be charged, refilling is fiddly, the atomizer blew – easier to go back to the cigarettes right?
Wrong.
Switching to vaping can be (emphasis on can) be like starting a new relationship, you have to find out how the e-cig works, how it likes to be treated, and if it’s a good fit for you. The first date might be awesome, but then it all goes downhill, or the first date might be OK, but with a little perseverance, the relationship improves, and before you know it, you are inseparable.
The FIRST STEP:
First thing to ask yourself is what kind of smoker are you? How often, where, when, and how strong is the tobacco you use? Once you have answered these questions you are better prepared. Once these questions are answered in your head, now you start the research –
STEP TWO:
GO TO THE FORUM – read the threads, ask questions, and you will be guided by folk who have gone down the wrong road with the wrong e-cig, but they turned back, and found out the right combo for them, and they have sussed out the tips and tricks so you don’t have to. It might be that a Tornado Tank with a DCT is right for you, might be a TorpedoVVV, it might be a TECC Microlite, or it might be that you have the right e-cig, you just don’t know quite how to handle it, (caress it) the way it likes.
With Vaping one size does NOT fit all, and that is part of the beauty.
Don’t give up, get educated, learn how to treat your e-cig, learn it’s little foibles etc., and you will find that life is so much better vaping.

Vaping does, indeed, take a commitment. It’s like a new born baby, strange at first and a lot of work. But then you and your new baby just click, and love grows… Sometimes it would be easier to just grab a smoke, but it is so worth it to stick it out and work hard for something you believe in… and now I couldn’t imagine my life without my tw baby…
I totally agree that there are so many choices out there when it comes to Vaping. You really need to get educated on what is out there so you can make the right choice for you. I have found Totally Wicked’s Forums & Videos as well as the many YouTube Videos out there to be very helpful. However what about the next step? Now you know what you like & want. Who do you buy your product from? There are so many vendors to choose from. I have found that the best buys are from the big Internet Vendors like Totally Wicked. Better Pricing, Selection and Quality over the Local Retail Stores. Now that you have established that fact you find yourself bouncing from one Internet Retailer to the other, looking for the Retailer that is going to provide you with the best Customer Service, Quality Products and the Latest Product Innovations on Vaping. I have been around the internet’s Retail Vaping World and I can honestly say that Totally Wicked is the place that I have recently decided to do all my business with. Not just because they have the best products or pricing out there. More importantly it’s because they have by far the best Customer Service of all the Retailers that I have dealt with. I know that if I have a question on a Vape Product I get an answer right away. If I have a problem with a product or placing an order it gets resolved to my satisfaction with no rebuttal. My orders are processed and delivered right away and I am notified when my order processed and again when it’s shipped. I have communicated with the Totally Wicked Staff both on the phone and via email and I was always left feeling that earning my business and satisfaction in there service was very important to them. I dont know about all this head rubbing about T Wicked, i have a lot invested in what i have from them and now i got to throw it all away and start over because they discontinued my favorite? Continually throwing stuff out there and then discntinuing it. About 1/3 of my vaporizers didnt last 3 days and what a hassell if you tell tem that– if i got to throw all away and start over i think i will go elsewhere. Lets see if they want to publish my complaint here.
Hi Don, have a look in the discontinued section of the website, which is where TW hold stock for discontinued products. TW is a company that leads the way, and so is always looking to improve their stock, and ultimately your vaping experience.
If your items lasted less time than the stated warranty- then TW will replace them. Please call customer service, as I’m sure they will help.
I have found Totally Wickeds Screwdriver to be the best out there by far. The only problem I have had was when I tried to vap PEG. The vaporizer almost immediately starts tasting burned. The vaporizers seem to last forever if I stay with VG. In my opinion TW stands head and shoulders above the crowd with there Scewdriver and Tank conversion kit. I can go 3 or 4 days without messing with it.
