agreed you need to creep south and Birmingham, black country M6, M5 is a perfect place
Wednsebury, Walsall or Telford would be great for motor way access rather than having to fight through town centre traffic (brum is a night mare)
then those in the bottom half of the country could pop along to stock up  Wink

and like doc i could do you a few hour a week Cheesy

Telford would be a brilliant location for me - I live there Cheesy
(well, just north of it to be 100% accurate)

Having been to the one in Wigan I can say that it would be a struggle to find a location as good.  I went last Saturday, wondered if I would find a car park so when my sat nav told me I was 2 mins away I decided to find somewhere to park up and walk. I turned left, turned right, yea this will do.  I had found a street, no double yellows, yippe I am a genius and this in my lucky day I thought.  I got out of the car, looked around and realised I had parked next to a FREE proper public car park. Doh! The car park was only 20% full too and this was a Saturday dinner time.  If you google "Pennyhurst Street Wigan" you should find the car park I used no problem. There is a train station car park opposite the shop, but I think that it is a couple of quid on the weekends and I thought it could be busy so I opted to walk the short distance not knowing what to expect.

I walk very very slowly due to an operation I had several years ago that I still get a lot of pain from, I guess it might have took me 15-20 mins, so for a normal walker it would be about 5 to 10 mins walk from the car park I found.  The shop is right opposite the train station and bus stops are all around, with a chippy next door that has a couple of tables in it, and a few pubs here and there. Lots of shops and lots of foot traffic. There is a cash convertors right next to them too, so that might give you an idea of the sort of foot traffic I mean.

Free and easy nearby parking even on a Saturday.
Train station very close.
Buses close by.
Lots of foot traffic.
Motorway a short drive away.

I can think of quite a few places that tick most of those boxes,  but I can not think of anywhere that ticks them all.  As someone who lives right by J11 of the M6 believe me I really would like to find somewhere to suggest. But in all honesty I think that location is a bit special.
