Hi, Im new here but a long time fan of all totally wicked products.

My biggest concern (as of late) is I dont have an option for faster shipping.  I live north of your USA division and what happens is the USPS sends the mail north of me (approximately 350 miles away, almost further away than you are) to another city, then another city a bit closer, then to my city.  Its a rather annoying 4 week waiting period until I finally receive my package. Id almost rather drive to your North America location (if I had the time) than wait that long for a product that wasn't off of a $20 infomercial that us Americans are so famous for.

Something that I think would be great is maybe UPS as an option with faster shipping options plus the usual ground option.  I dont mind paying an extra ten dollars to enjoy your product sooner.  Its just no good not having that option Pillbox38!

Just something I wanted to bring to your attention in regards to Totally Wicked USA.

I'm with you on being able to choose a faster shipping method. Some times i don't estimate my supplies right and cut it close to running out. Welcome to the forums TimA, Happy vaping Cheesy

We are working on things but it may take a few weeks to incorporate into the website,, you can always call us and we can add express shipping for you. We have started using UPS for larger orders so can quote you for that based on your location but sadly often it is more than $10 extra.

Extra $10 for expedite shipping?!!!!  I'll take it!! you should post that on your website as an option. I had to buy E-liquid local here in vegas ( I had apple TW liquid but i cant stomach it) and it cost me $15 for 5ml. I ordered on sat so, i know i have to hold out till Thurs or Friday for my cappuccino and vanilla.

You just sent my order through UPS and they're holding my package for pickup and won't deliver it to my house claiming they can't deliver to my address even though they're around here all the time so the girl I spoke with said they're returning the package to you.  What's with that?  UPS is terrible and obviously is prejudiced against pillbox.  USPS always delivered my package quickly and on time.  UPS is just confused.

I totally agree with the OP.  Faster shipping please.  I live in Chicago, not very far from Florida, 12 hours or so depending on how you drive  Cool
I started vaping at the beginning of Dec2010 and have only used TW products.  Shipping seems to be completely up in the air for me.  My first order took 7-8 days.  My next order 3-4 days and my current order has been 5 days and counting (and I'm out of juice/carts).. And let me tell you it sucks.   I have never had to wait for a cigg like this.. I'd have paid $10-$20 more for fast shipping,

Well, the verdict is in.  3-4 days shipping through the post office, 9 days through UPS and I still don't have my package!!!  I'll just have to order smaller packages from now on because the large packages of $150 or more get shipped by UPS and don't get delivered.  I sure hope you insured that package before you sent it!!

Well today was day 9 and UPS said they'd deliverit it today but they changed their minds and say they'll deliver the package on Monday which would make it 12 days.  I sure hope they're not expecting  a signature because they won't get one from me or my neighbors because we all work during the day but if they're able to drop if off at the Riverside post office, I'll be able to pick it up next Saturday.  One question, why send it by UPS when the postal service would've gotton it here in three days?  I mean, do the math!  Three days instead of thirteen?  It's a no brainer!  I'm pretty upset right now but I'm holding back because I don't want to say anything I'll regret.

With UPS you can call the shop you ordered from and have them hold the package at the UPS hub for pickup... the recipient can not do this... only the shipper.

Some UPS locations have evening pickup options..... in my area its 7pm -8pm.

Hope that helps get your package to you quicker.

You should contact the shop directly though... they have not been on the forum for awhile now.

Unfortunately my work schedule conflicts and the UPS place is too far away for me to pickup the package during the week unless I can find someone to pick it up for me.  I didn't know they'd ship it by UPS and the ordering page didn't mention any shipping options.  I just assumed that since all my other orders shipped by the postal service this one would be the same.  When I called Totally Wicked the girl told me that anything close to $150 is shipped by UPS.  Had I known that, I would've ordered the two items separately.  I ordered a quart of pg and a 100ml bottle of Platinum Ice.  I'm gonna order some liquid to hold me over until my original package gets here.  My other order came in today which took three days but was delivered by the postal service.

A lot of things went wrong with this order.  I've always had my stuff shipped to a po box.  I had no reason to think this order would be any different but to my dissapointment, I got a notice from UPS saying my order was shipped.

1.  A package with only a po box never should have been shipped if TW planned on shipping by UPS..  Didn't anyone there check the address first?

2.  The TW website didn't mention the means or any option on how it would ship my package.  If I'd known it would ship by UPS I would have included my street address.

4.  TW notified UPS of an address which UPS recieved and aknowledged but later claimed it was replaced with another po box.

5.  TW told me UPS was trying to reach me for a correct address but when I called UPS, they told me only the sender could change the address.

6.  Emergency conditions beyond UPS' control is the excuse I've been getting from UPS.

Now the big question:  Where's my package?

Had I known they'd ship by UPS, I would've made two separate orders instead of one big one so it would ship by postal service.  I know this isn't an isolated incident and UPS has a big problem so what gives?  Is it an insurance thing or is it something else?

I've been having the same problem with UPS.  The package was scheduled for delivery four days ago, but Dallas froze over so it got stuck.  No problem (although USPS would have delivered anyway).  Yesterday I get an email saying it's scheduled for today.  So I scratch all my plans in order to be here (UPS won't leave it by the door for some reason), and I get another email saying "emergency conditions beyond UPS's control".  I call UPS and they tell me that there is no delivery date due to adverse weather conditions.  The package is in Houston right now, a city enjoying clear, sunny skies and temps in the mid-50's.  This sucks.

I think UPS has had a few cutbacks so less people are doing more work.  Anyway, my package just arrived about 5 minutes ago so I'm relieved but the driver of the UPS truck didn't seem too happy.  He threw a 4lb box containing a six month supply of e-liquid and a quart of pg at my front door like it was the evening paper.  I'm assuming the they own him back wages or maybe he doesn't like his job for some reason but the contents survived. UPS shipping is the worst. An order I placed a few weeks ago took 13 days to get here and any USPS shipments always take 4 days. Ever since my UPS fiasco I have added a comment to TW orders asking if they would ship with USPS and they have sent everything with USPS since then.

I order tons of stuff online.  I've found UPS ground is superior for short distances.  I've had stuff come overnight from the next city over.  However, you can't do much slower than UPS ground coast to coast.  TW typically sends my orders via USPS and it's always 3 mailing days.  One order they sent UPS ground and it took a week and a half.  You can't beat USPS to move stuff long distance fast and cheap, but their tracking system is horrible.  Sometimes they update it, sometimes they don't.  Somtimes it's flat out incorrect.  I've had packages listed as delivered that weren't and packages delivered without a single update.  UPS has a 3 day tier which delivers as advertised, but it's easily twice the cost of USPS Priority Mail which is just as fast.

4 weeks?!? Every one of my TW orders through USPS has taken 3 days(ships from TW the next day, delivered 2 days after that). I didn't think it was possible for mail to take 4 weeks to get anywhere.

I'm not a fan of UPS, and one of the things I liked about TW is that they use USPS. Even though my shipping times are relatively small I would like the option of shippers too, just so I can be sure I never get shipped to with UPS.

I'm feeling really lucky right now that I live in Georgia.  390 miles to the Bradenton office from my front door, my stuff gets here the second day after it's shipped. <ducks and runs>

I hope everyone gets their packages sorted out.

I have no doubt based on my own research and reviews that these products are great... BUT

What is up with the shipping? 28 hours AFTER I placed an order I get an email that says my order is "in progress".. what does that mean? I also put a note in with my order that I'd gladly pay extra because Im almost out of Blu carts.. that was Tuesday at 8AM. Is my order shipped or not? Any other company would have had a tracking # or something out yesterday afternoon.. not WEDNESDAY ...

You guys better get it together or the other up and coming companies are gonna leave you in the dust due to customer service concerns.

In case anyone would like to help.. Order #579091

My last order took a little longer then usual as well. I think there was a heavy surge in orders for the last day of the 20% off sale.

When the order is shipped you will get a email saying it is shipped with a tracking number.

I believe this issue is now resolved.

As for the general shipping situation. Orders made late Frday will ship Saturday morning, weekend orders will normally ship Monday (Saturday orders/early Sunday orders). We had an exceptionally busy week last week with the end of the promo and the guys worked overtime. I realise as proved over and over again on this forum that shipping times are a very contentious issue and what one customer considers a reasonable wait before shipping, another does not. Once the package is in the USPS mail system with the best will in the world we simply cannot control that.

We do strive to ship quickly and efficiently. Anyone wishing to expedite shipping can email me on partner@totallywicked-eliquid.com with a contact number and we can call to take the additional Express fee.

I remember when I was new to vaping I would get really impatient waiting for an order as I really had no supplies to fall back on. Overall I would say TW is very consistent and doesn't waste time getting the order filled.

During sales however there are some delays. Those of us that have been around for awhile know and understand why and are just tickled pink that we got our merchandise at a lower rate. Perhaps a message on the front page stating:

Please allow extra time for shipping during this sales event due to the large volume of orders

may ease some tension and allow the customer to make the necessary preparations.
