Not only was my issue resolved.. but Tom called and asked me if I'd like express shipping.. which I did. I got everything this morning and am completely blown away at how great this product is. My only complaint.. which is a small one... calling me 3 days after order was placed is a bit slow. I'm sure as you guys grow this will get better. Thanks for everything.
