So I had a problem with one of my eGo-C batteries.  It's kind of difficult to explain.  The silver part of the battery with the button was not pressed into the casing evenly, causing it to be lop-sided and look bent when assembled with the cone.  I tried to press it in with no luck.  Not a big deal.  I just called TW, and they really impressed me.  They shipped one to me immediately and told me not to worry about returning the "bent" one.  The lady was really nice and at that point I was super happy with TW.  I then made a decently large sized purchase, at least for my budget, for some parts to use with my eGo batteries.  Well I got my replacement battery in today and the threads are not right.  It whirls on crooked and just has crooked threads.  I have no problems with my other batteries as they thread fine with both of the atty bases I have.  The new replacement doesn't thread right on either one.  It does work.  It will go on and produce vapor, but it goes in crooked.  I'm also afraid it will damage my atty bases.  At this point I don't know if I should just hang on to the 2 batteries that have defects or look like a jackass calling back again.  Has anyone else had problems like this with their batteries?   Cry

Hello Joe,

Sad to hear about your problems.
If you get something defected and you paid for it, it is the norm to have it replaced.
Of couse you should not feel as an "Jackass" for that.

I sat on a battery or something, anyway I noticed that the battery connector end was loose and bent.
I the loose part carefully to not break any wiring it had between the pieces and pressed it back down again.
Maybe you could try to do that and with little luck it will work while you wait for replacement.

Update:

Thank you TW for all that you do.  I have been pleased to the highest with the products and service I have received.  Both batteries have been replaced now, with no hassles and with no accusations of my being at fault which I did expect with these circumstances.  I already was, but I am now sure that I am a loyal customer that will stay and recommend you to anyone who will listen.  Thank you again!

Good to hear that they took care of your problem Joe.  Thanks for letting us know mate.  TW CS is still the best in the business, IMHO. Smiley
