I just ordered one of these as opposed to a whole pack, so I didn't get filling instructions.  I can't find filling instructions anywhere on the internet.  Can anybody help me out?

Hey Andrew.. I'm still waiting for mine to arrive so I do not have an instruction book.

I did however find this picture on the product page that may be of some help'... looks like it is the instruction card. You may have to zoom in..
