They will but you will need to remember these are only 1.5 ohm resistance therefore keep your Torpedos Voltage low rather than high.

i may be wrong but even if you set it to a high voltage it will over ride the setting and automatically
only run a voltage the dual coil can handle

if you press the on off button 7 times quickly and the power button quickly once on the 7th click
the lcd will also tell you the max power the coil can take and even if you set it above this you wont vape at it as of the pre-mentioned over ride

A. Both will work, but as they only 1.5 ohm,you need to ensure the voltage is at  3.7 max or lower.the torpedo will limit itsself to 3.75 v on a 1.5 ohm atty anyway.

B. Not really, The torpedo will give increased up time due to its 2200mah battery, the adjustable voltage both the torpedo and booster have will enable you to dial in the flavour better than using a stock battery but going  much over stock voltages ain't gonna happen.
TW needs to carry higher resistance carto's for those with variable voltage devices.i guess we're see them sometime soon hopefully

using this calc you can work out the max voltage you can have with the torpedo  http://thelocust.net/ohm/
enter  data in to two fields and press calculate .

in the amps section enter 2.5(the limit of the torpedo),the ohms fields the resistance of the atty

the voltage field will display the max before the torpedo's amp limit kicks in

ive gotta say though the v v and a tank work great together
the flavour from a dual coil plus the easy to fill tank is a great combo
i cant see me vaping anything else for a long time

ean33  ,so what your saying is press the power button and also the activate buttons 7 times together and it will show the resistance of the atty like the PV does ?

i know we can press the power button 7 times to display the battery voltage

cheers

no press the power (red button) 7 times

and the fire up button once on the last (7th) press of the power (red button)

its tricky but does work

fire up = activation button

Thx for the reply, will try it if my torpedo turns up tomorrow.

so its semi like a PV then  Wink, just need to divide the voltage displayed by 2.5 and that should give the resistance of the atty connected Smiley..
wonder what other hidden options people will find Smiley

cheers

Im sure it tells you in the instructions, and its recommended to change the battery after it drops to 3.7v

im saying that the battery life is great mine is set at about 4.4 when i drip but most the time with a tank its auto sets to about 3.9 and thats enough

mate i never thought i would leave the ego behind and the c was like the second coming, then a mate bought a v v mod and i fired up a c attie on it and

goodness gracious me  Tongue then i tried his tank and high res carto BOOM i just needed one, wanted one, had to have one

and i have to say the next step in vaping after this is going to be something special to beat the torpedo, some thing very special like

a juice made from the tears of the virgin mary and vaped from a machine forged from the thighs of julia roberts made from gold mined by clint eastwood and boxed in a bamboo box made from the hands of the Buddha and delivered by jackie chan with a note from chuck norris stating it passed quality control

i hope my description isnt over the top Wink

i have to agree with you Jason the term should not be used even in humour especially on a forum that i find to be one of good taste even if a little risky at times
its simply crude

LOL Sorry Jason, I caught sight of it on an earlier post and others had overlooked it. I thought it was genius and just highlighted it for its comedy merits. There again I'm the kinda guy that likes Frankie Boyle  Wink

I want one - in fact there's one of them in your warehouse with my name on it... it just doesn't know it yet. Just 7 more days til payday...

Is the design set in stone then just its something that has been picked up pretty quickly and having that written in big letters was a but like WOW to me. Im not offended in the slightest but i know some people can take it badly. I dont get offended at anything to be fair but having this across one of the products is, well, odd.

Is there no way the print could be done differently because I know if this is in one of the resellers windows its going to be a source of jokes and the product is great as well.

Lordy no offence taken and i know the exact Torpedo you mean, i saw yours today:)

Been lots of new products out recently and been a big task managing them all in but we are nearly there.

We have our very own Lancashire production ECig on ots way.

Its a beauty. But no name as yet am working on it now, then our fluid production will be starting got the flavour houses in place, the nicotine being made and all we need is a consumer taste panel to come up with the exact flavours we will use.  More on this soon.

thats a good point kenneth

the way the word torpedo is set out on the item does look weird and you can read it as

torPEDO  and it has been the butt of a few jokes and even posts on another forum

if the case could be changed it would stop all that

Even if it was something like ToRpeDo or TOrpEdO something like that keeps with the TW styling but does away with the obvious

Jason I'm bound to come back with this offer, but I'd quite happily sit on your taste panel (oo err missus)

I've even written a couple of flavour reviews previously:

Lordy just bear with me as i want to organise it properly, this is how it will work

We will get probably between 6 to 10 Vapers (TW Customers) myself, the flavour houses and gather at TW HQ in blackburn, the company will cover expenses etc and discuss and test the first set of tobacco flavours we have had produced.

Once we have as a group decided on any tweaks, improvements etc we will arrange a second meet.

The Flavour house will go back re jig and then present us with their second refinement, i guess it will be a three meet affair. The new flavours agreed will form the New Black Label range we will manufacture ourselves in the Uk. They will also form the base for our Tobacco concentrate lines.

The taste panels input will be essetial as it will be a collective decision, rather than mine only. this process will then be rolled out for our full range of flavours other than tobacco.

what do i love about t.w

the above, the fact that the customer counts and its great to read that Jason

the fact that as big as the company gets you value the customer and their thoughts

in a time when money is tight it is good to see a company that cares about what the customer really wants not just what the company thinks people want
