I think the problem with leaking eCO-C is a faulty atomiser. I tried another atomiser, with same tank - NO LEAKS. Set up 2nd eGO-Cm with new atomiser and new tank - NO LEAKS. Tried original atomiser with new tank - Leaks like hell.... Can only put it down to a glitch in that first atomiser I used. Anyway, - A RESULT !!!!!!  I wonder if anyone else experienced same? Could be a glitch in manufacturing tolerances? Thanks for all the advice on previous..... |

Have you contacted customer services.....should be able to have it replaced if under 28 days since you received it....and guessing it is as they have not been around that long  Tim |

Troy, first off, welcome to the forum. Pull up a chair and join in the fun.... second, you should contact CS about this. They are very nice, and they would want the chance to help you with this problem. They may have you try a few things first (and may be stuff you've already tried), but if that doesn't fix it, I'm sure they'll want the opportunity to replace it for you. And if you send the misbehaving atty back it will afford them the opportunity to look at it, and that just might help the rest of us.  There was another forum member here (can't remember who or which thread ATM) that was having problems with the "C" leaking, and I don't think we ever got them sorted either, so I suspect maybe there's a small number with a mfg glitch of some sort (you've obviously isolated to the atty, and from what you've said I don't think this is down to anything you're doing or not doing). I've been vaping with the "C" since the end of November w/o one leak, and most who have been using it are having the same experience, so hang in there. Whatever the cause of the problem you're having, it would seem it's not a common thing. |

I cant help feeling there might have been a few atomizers slip through production that may have missed having the wick inserted into the spike plate. Its the only thing that I can see would cause the problems recently voiced in a couple of threads. Might be worth getting someone to check that section of the production line |

OK this thread has kind of got me wondering....
I havent noticed my ego c leaking, apart from when I change the battery I notice juice around the battery connector every time.
But I have noticed that I get through more juice than with a tornado. With a normal T I use 2ml a day, with the C I get through 3ml and
could get through an awful lot more if I didnt limit myself.
I assumed this was because I just love it so much! lol
Has anyone else noticed that they get through more juice with the ego-c?

Yep, On the face of it, it feels like I'm getting through more juice with the C as well. I don't think I am actually using any more tbh, its more likely that I enjoy vaping it so much, I find it hard to put it down  and my other pv's with megga cartos etc on them, don't get as much of a look in. Plus of course, the C only has a 1ml tank so it feels like I'm topping it up more frequently. Roll on the megga C |

I still use my other things too though, my first 1ml would last me till around 5pm in the T and then another 1ml at night, but on the C my first mil has ran out by 11am!  I wonder if it is leaking through the battery end? Might be worth trying another atty head and see is I still use as much. |

Well I'm defiantly not getting any signs of any sort of leakage. All joints are bone dry. No sign of liquid on the battery connection.... Nothing! Sure, if I take the tank out I can see signs of condensation inside the cone, but that's normal and to be expected. I just cant understand why some people are having this problem  Are you letting it cool down in between vapes? The C does seem to get pretty hot |

The only leaking issue I have sometimes with the C is when I remove the battery, sometimes the end of the cone unscrews with the battery, taking the atty with it..leaving the tank open inside the cone....
Only happened a couple of times and never a major leak.....

Mine gets very hot too... its not a mega leak if its leaking at all.
But the battery connector does have juice on it every time I unscrew it!

Hey Julie. I thought that too at first, but I've found if you wash them in a mild dish-soap solution before you use them it removes most of that taste, and what's left seems to fade away before too long.... of course, YMMV |

Well after a day with new atomiser, have had no leaking problems. however tried leaking tank on new atty and leaked. seems certain were just a case of faulty atty in first instance. Problem solved. Happy Dayzzzzz |

Hi Julie,
8ball is probably right as many plastic / silicon molding processes use release oil in the mould so the part is easily ejected.I ash all mine when new and new tanks warm soapy water and a good rinse off after.

I have been scratching my head all weekend with exact same issue.
Tried all the usual things, silicone cap, check hole, check connections.
Never had this problem before always stayed dry as a bone.
Replaced the 1 day old atomizer and bingo! problem has gone.
I put it down to bad luck on the first atty out the pack.
