Please don't get me wrong. I know that TW's CS is top notch and my experience has been really positive. However I've been quite frustrated about the number of times, you are out of stock of some items. I live outside the UK and from where I'm from the UK website is my only source for TW stuff. Postage costs £9.99 so I tend to buy in bulk so as to minimise the number of orders and thus minimise postage costs. I just saw on facebook that at the moment there's a discount code that would be over by tomorrow morning. I thought, Ok that's great, as I need to stock on some PI, VG, PG and a couple of flavours and while at it also get a couple of atties to spare. So, I started adding things to my basket only to find that Titan Tank atties are out of stock. Again! I had the same issue during the yoyo sales and kept on checking nearly everyday when they are in stock so as to make a quick order not to miss out on them. They were in stock after the yoyo but it was Ok as I got the 20% Christmas discount in January. Now, a month later, Titan Tank atties are out of stock again. A couple of days ago you were out of stock of Platinum Ice and Vegetable Glycerin. So If I get to wait until atties are in stock at that time you might be out of stock of PI or VG.
Well, what I'm trying to say is, it is quite frustrating to get these kind of discounts and find out that I can't make the best of it since if I do later on I still would have to get my atties and that would cost me an extra £9.99 postage. Apart from the discount, it is also frustrating to note that since November 2011 (when I got to know about TW), Titan tank atomisers spend a longer time out of stock than they do in stock. If the demand is so high, why don't you just stock a very large quantity in order to be able to cater for the demand?
