Hi all - just recd my new Tornado tank atty fitted it up ready to go and it won't draw air whem connected to the battery.

I still use the two that came with the kit and can vape still.

Removed the atty from the battery and it draws air through - it's only when connected to the battery that it fails to work?

Anyone else had a problem?

I suppose I'll ring customer services Monday.

It doesn't drag when you try and puff it there is a block like sucking a blocked straw.

Remove the tank atomiser from the battery, if you can, block the hole in the centre of the thread on the atomiser, your little finger should just about do it, while it is blocked, blow hard through the mouth piece, even though you have blocked the hole you should still be able to blow air through as it will come from 2 little holes you will not be able to see because of the skirt on the tank atomiser body. If  there is no air when you blow then either these 2 little holes are blocked.

I'm afraid it seems it is faulty Sad

Best thing to do it to phone Customer Services on  Monday. I have moved this post to "Ask the TW Team" so our Customer Service Rep is aware of it Wink
