Hope someone can help me as I have tried to contact you guys through twitter but no replies.....
I am considering purchasing a tornado starter kit, that seems to ne the easy bit. There then seems to be lists of other stuff.
Specific questions are
1. What do I need to order to enable me to fill the unit myself? 2. What bits will need replacing after time and how long does each bit last? 3. Which tanks do I need to enable me to refill myself?
Currently I vape skycig and E-Lites but would like a little more, so I think the tornado is the right one unless you tell me otherwise.
Hope someone can help and give me a decent online discount code as this will be a good order I guess.
Thanks.

Hi chunky, welcome to the forum I'm guessing you are looking at the Tornado Tank models, the Tornado-T and the Tornado eGo-C? To refill the "Tanks" all you need is a bottle of the premixed eliquids found here: http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk/products/totally-wicked-eliquid-products.htmlThere is a huge selection in many flavours and nicotine strengths, I'm guessing you would be looking for a strength between 8 and 18mg (light to medium)? The part that needs replacing most often is the atomizer, it can last between 3 and 6 weeks depending on usage. Batteries would be the next item to replace, they would typically last around 4 to 6 months, again depending on usage. The tanks that come with the kits can be reused many times, but spare tanks are available on the website too. The discount code at checkout for the weekend is: FORUM2164 ..............will get you 16% off all non sale items

Thanks for the quick reply, yes its the ego kit, its sitting in the basket as I type this. I would like to order some spares as well so links to those would be good. So I can refill the unit do I have to vape the supplied ones until they are empty first, can't see empty carts in the pack.
As a note, to help newbie like me it might be worth adding the 'you might want to consider these type things on the web page, would help loads.......

The website is going to get a face lift soon, and users suggestions have been taken into account. The Tornado-T and the Tornado eGo-C kits don't have empty tank carts in them, they have prefilled cart at differing nicotine strengths. Empty Tank Carts are here: http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.co.uk/products/tornado-ego-c-e-nic/tornado-tank-empty-tank-cartridges-2-product.htmlThe latest eGo-C atomizer has a replaceable coil unit and is a little like changing the bulb on a torch, with the atomizer on the Tornado-T the whole atomizer cone unit is disposed of when the coil fails. so the eGo-C unit is more economical and less wasteful in the long run

Just ordered some sampler juices and a case from the website, on top of last nights order, so hoping you can merge the orders and refund some of the postal costs, looking forward to trying this all out, having spent £140 I hope it is worth it, a little back on the postal costs would help!!

Well they somehow shipped all my orders today (bank holiday) so never got the chance to call and ask for my orders to be merged, naughty really as i bet if I had called I would have got an answering service saying they were closed until tomorrow!
Is it still worth me calling or will I just be told 'sorry, just one of those things'..........

Based on that then the credit has not been applied, phoned at 9.30 this morning and they said it would appear in an our or so.......... looks like I will have to make another phone call, wish they had a e-form as phoning is not always easy. What's more annoying is it hasn't been done!

Chunky you have to understand the first day back after a weekend is a busy day for all staff, more so this weekend as it was a double bank holiday, your credits will appear in your account as Casey says and can be redeemed on a future order at checkout

Thanks for the reply - would agree there can be a back log over the long weekend, but the guys were working Tuesday, so in reality only one day away from a normal week. I don't mind waiting, just set the expectation, so don't say 'it will be in your account in an hour' and the take 24 hours plus for it to appear!
Still waiting by the way........................

Okay guys, loving the tornado ego-c, was wondering which juice comes in the medium tobacco carts that come in the starter kit as i am liking the taste, especially in the morning with that all important first cup of coffee. Can someone let me know, thanks.

It's the Titan Tobacco flavour that comes in the prefilled carts.
