Hi all, my Tornado eGo-C arrived today (my 1st ever TW product and tank kit), one of the batteries fired up no problems but the other one does nothing when i press the button 5 times, i thought maybe it just needed charging so after 4 hours on charge and still no lights flashing or power.
I phoned customer services and he said it was perfectly normal and i have to leave it on charge for 8 hours.
9 hours later and still nothing. The light on the battery blinks 5 times when i switch the charger on and the charger light remains red.
This cannot be normal can it?

Have you plugged the charger in BEFORE attaching the tornado battery?

Red means charging. Green means done charging or idle.

It is better to power the charger first before attaching the battery, I would give that a try, if this doesn't work phone CS, I'll move this thread to "Ask the TW Team"

Plug in and turn on the charger (green light goes on) then attach the battery (red light goes on). Try in that order and tell me if the light are working like I posted.

Dang Jeff. Beat me again! I clicked post and came back to my phone 10 minutes later to see it say warning someone posted before you! Tongue

Tried it your way Richjr, no battery connected and the light was green, screwed the battery in and it turned red, left untouched for 6 hours and still on red with no response from battery whatsoever.
Disappointing to say the least, I hope CS will help

Sounds like a call to cs would be the best bet. On the bright side you have one battery that works until the problem is resolved.

Good luck

Morning carpahollic,

It does sound like your battery may be faulty, give our office a call and we can look at replacing that for you.

Thanks
