I have the tornado tank boxed set with 2 of everything. It worked for 3 weeks and then the following in now happening. I have cleaned as per instructions and tried all different combination of the separate items.

I put the battery on charge overnight using the plug in charger that came with the set. The light is red to start with and then turns green. I take it of the charger and it works for about 10 draws on it. Then I can't get anything out of it, no smoke nothing. I tried recharging several times and same thing happens.

The second battery was charged the same and didn't work at all.

It it the battery's or the charger. What do I need to check without going to the expense of buying everything again. I would have expected the batteries to have lasted longer than 3 months?? any help most apreciated

Welcome to the forum Alboro.
Ok I'm going to have you get a paper clip (or something similar) and use it on the atty. This is because the post in the battery doesn't connect solidly to the post in the atty after long use sometimes. What I want you to do is look at the underside of the atty. You'll see a small hole in the center. Stick the paper clip a "tiny bit" in that hole and pry the post down "just a hair". Pull one side down then move the paper clip and pull the other side down to get it done evenly. Alternatively you could also pry the post up on the battery also. Let me know if this helps.

Hi Alboro
Welcome to the forum
Do you have a new atomiser to try with the batteries?
I am assuming from your post that you have used the atomisers that came with the kit for 3 months, if that is so then they are most likely your problem.
You are correct in thinking the batteries should last longer I think it’s in the region of 300 charges.

Good point Rtsjr
This is a picture of a DCT but the same principal applies to an atty

Hi Alboro, welcome Smiley

Like Cyborg, I would hazard a guess that if you have not replaced the atomizers in all that time , then in all likelihood it will be these that are the problem, atomizers have a limited life, and should be replaced after 4 to 6 weeks if not before, also check the contacts on the battery and charger are clean and free from eliquid and general dirt.
