Why do all the bottles of red lable pre mix all leak?
All the bottles I have had, have leaked when I got them.
I wasn't going to say anything as it was only a small amount
out of each bottle, but today I opened a bottle that
I recieved yesterday and there must have been at least
1-2 ml gone. Not only this but I got it all over my hands and
had to transfer it to an empty bottle and lost another 1-2 ml

Not happy at all  Angry

I am a systemdeveloper and a few days agoo I found a bug in one of the programs I develop.
A bug that I had not seen because I dont test as much as users of the program work with it.
I am sure that all of our several hundreds of users must have encountered this bug.
It was obvious you cant miss it if you work with it every day. But none of those several hundred
of users had reported it, maybe they thought it was not that serious, no big deal, nothing to make a fuzz about.
I realized that this bug had been there for almost 2 years! I really cant understand why not anyone
reported it, very strange. We has an very agile arpoach to our users, the program is developed by
 the demands of the users.

Anyway my point is I am sure TW would like to know such a thing, if people think of it as no big deal
and dont report it it might go unnoticed for 2 years!?
You ask why?  that is why, you yourself says that all the bottles you have got has leaked a little
and you wasnt going to say anything as it only was a small amount...   Wink

Yes Knoton you are absolutely correct, so maybe I should now ask
if anybody who reads this who has had the same problem to please
put their hand up then perhaps I could then call TW CS and point out
that there may be a problem so they can investigate.

So please if anybody else has had this problem let me know

Thanks Steve

I didn't find a leak or anything on them, but I noticed that some were more filled than others etc.

The thing I always found weird is with atties. All the ones I ordered work properly, but there is always that liquid on them when I open them. Not really sure what it is to be honest. It doesn't smell after e-liquid, but I still handle them with a tissue until fully dry.

Hiya newbidoux, the fluid on new atties is just a primer fluid, not sure if it is PG, VG or a mixture, but it is there to prevent corrosion of the coil and mesh in the atties. It can get a bit yucky tasting over time so many people 'blow out' a new atty before they first use it... but whenever you blow out an atty you need to reprime it with juice before using it or you'll get that nasty burning taste which may end up permanent with a 510 atty as it has fibres built into the bridge and if they burn the taste will be there forever unless you remove them.

Ah, thanks Stevie, I didn't know that!
To be honest, I have a stock of atties I have never touched. The ones I received in the two kits I bought for my tornado are still working since November, so I'll have to have a look again before using them Smiley

Well, I have encountered the odd small leak here and there but it's not been a regular thing for me to be honest? However, I have had multiple bottles delivered before, where some seemed to be more full than others.. yet there was no obvious sign of any leaks both from around the bottle of inside the container?  Undecided We had a thread on it at one time but I'm going back quite a while..I think at the time, I had wondered/posted as to whether there was any Evaporation occuring whilst the fluids were in transit? Not sure if they are shipped by Air or Boat from China? Or that maybe it was a variation during the filling stage? but I don't think we ever did get to the bottom of it?  Undecided

Hi SMonkey

We have not had many reports on leaking bottles but please do give us a call about the leaky one that you received and we will look into it for you.

Hi Louise, I called today about about another problem this morning
Which will hopefully be sorted soon  Smiley
I mentioned the leaky bottle but was told because I opend it and
transferred the remainder into another bottle nothing could be done
about this. I am happy to accept this as I should probably left it and
returned it unopened, so my fault.

Thanks Steve
