Why do I need to unscrew my DCT with a pliers?  This is happening to me so many times and I don't even screw it on tight.  I've been buying from you every week since October of last year.  Honestly, I'm starting to lose faith.  Should I look elsewhere and read other reviews on products that work or do I expect working products anytime soon?

Try holding the drip tip & pushing down while unscrewing  Wink works for me
