anyone with any ideas as to how i can stop my cartomizer leaking through the mouth piece . ive tried recleaning it and only filling small amounts of fluid into it but its leaking in my mouth.

im using the menthol liquid atm so at least it doesnt taste too bad Tongue  but it just seems a waste of liquid and a pretty big inconvenience.

Hi JL  Smiley
After you've filled your CE4 and replaced the seal and tip, are you puffing through the mouthpiece and then wiping the battery connection end with a tissue?
I found that often a bit of e-liquid gets into the central tube and you need to puff this out before starting to vape, otherwise it gets pulled up into your mouth via the mouthpiece when you inhale, and makes it gurgle a bit too.

You may also need to take off the tip from time to time and mop up the condensation which forms there.  Wink

nope the problem persists , its not every vape but when it does happen its maybe 1/4 and its about a full drop of liquid . ive reverted back to the out-of-the-box atomizer and cartridge ( i got the discontinued tornado compact kit) so ive simply ordered the tank atomizer and 1.1ml cartridges as suggested by cyborg in a previous thread.

ill put the ce4 down to bad luck

Sorry to hear that, JL,
The condensation forming below the mouthpiece tip on those CE4s needs to be kept clear to prevent juice in the mouth, if there's no juice in the central tube and the problem persists, the only other thing I could suggest would be to draw more gently on it and mop up the condensation frequently.
At the end of the day, if you're not enjoying the vape with it then you're wise to go on to something else... the tank atty which Cy suggested should give you a good vape.
So the quest for the perfect vape continues....

You could try putting the little rubber protector cap over the other end of it to stop it leaking out but I gave up with them and use clearomisers instead.

Put the cap in just slightly the flip it upside down and finish pushing it in. That way the air bubble inside moves to the end and gets pushed out instead of liquid being pushed out.

They look so nice but don't seem to give a reliable vape. Even though the description says there great all around. I want to try them but not if they suck this bad.

I ordered and received my CE4 XL Smokey tankomizer and I've just tried it. Doesn't hold the juice and its basically a straw, not getting any vape at all. Sending this back as I've just finished cleaning the juice out of the battery. Glad it didn't pay full amount (yo-yo deal).

yeah i got a full pack on yoyo along with ce3 and tbh the ce3 are far better , nice smooth flavourful vape. there is a leaking issue when refilling but i just put a wad of blutac on the connector end and jobs a good one. it would seem that these attys are cheaply made to the extreme . im actually growing entirely fustrated at vaping because of the sheer lack of quality with the products.

I just want to chime in here, this is my first post on the forum, but I am finally frustrated to the point that I need to speak.
*warning-pending rant*
I received my ce4 tankomizer today and have had the same exact issues you have had, except I haven't had any vapor at all.

I am so tired of dealing with different issues with seemingly every vaping method i try. the tank atomizers are ok, until the burnt sensation sets in and then they seem to be toast (and this happens to me after 4-7 days of vaping!). The clearomizers/smoky-mizers all have the same leaking issues for me, and the cartomizers are often faulty right out of the package, though (ironically) when they do work provide the most reliable vape.

Why can't totally wicked make something I can rely on? What's the point of paying more for the exact same products I see at other vendors online? (And no, having a neat little devil insignia on my products doesn't make up for them not functioning)

And now, I come home from work to have a nice vape, and i've spent half an hour trying to get my tankomizer to work, wasting 4mls of liquid in the process. It's the manufacturer's job to make sure my tankomizer doesn't leak, not my job. I shouldn't have to go macguyver on it and try to seal any loose ends; this should have been taken care of when they developed the tankomizer.

I'm frustrated enough that I might say **** it and buy a pack of smokes; at least I can depend on that poison and not have to get a damned engineering degree for a nicotine fix.

who knows. maybe I will look at this post tomorrow and realize i was being unreasonable, but right now i'm angry. Am i being unreasonable? Anyone have any suggestions?

I love the CE4's, but quite recently I have found that they have started to leak from the battery connection end. Is this just a sign that I need to buy some more and they have died, or is it a tech problem with these?

Thanks Smiley

Just read the other posts, soooooo . . . ignore my above one Lol Smiley
