Hey guys,

Couple of quick questions. Do the plinths fit and look good on top of the SD 501 adaptors, I know they are the same size as tornado battery, just wandered if they sit flush.

Reference the burning taste, I have been using a 6 ml DCT for past 2 weeks, using green cow, love it to bits and certainly the way I shall be vaping in the future! Just bought a new 3.5 ml DCT from the new vapour trail shop in Eastbourne ( found entirely by accident-really good setup), decided I would use tobacco flavour (RL gold virgin) in this new DCT. However, even though I have followed filling guidelines I creep getting horrid burnt taste. I know others have mentioned this issue on the forum, just hoping you guys could help me out with some tips to get rid of it.

Many thanks!

The plinth does fit onto the SD Tank Adapter, but is a little loose, and could do with being bushed to make it perfect, but if the cartomizer is tightened snug then it holds the plinth pretty good Wink

Before fitting the cartomizer into the DCT, I usually prime the carto with around 50 drops, or until the eliquid begins to weep from the breather hole (you can force this a little by blowing down the mouthpiece end lightly)but I prefer gravity to do the job Wink then fit into the tank and fill up as normal, take a few cold pulls and then power away.

Well once again this forum proves to be the best on the web, many thanks Astrecks, managed to sort burnt taste and after seeing those pics I have bought plinths for both the large and small DCTs!
