Have you got that rubber bit that came on the drip tip? Put that on the battery connection end and fill it up, bung it and then remove the rubber bit... Is what I've been going

I don't know, it hasn't on any I've watched either. maybe they have a knack I've not yet found. Someone told me about trying it on here and have to say, once I've removed and given it a little wipe, no leaking probs

You need to fill it quite slow as well, and keep it tilted as you're filling, if you fill too fast and don't keep it angled, it kind of creates a vacuum and the juice will be pushed out of the bottom. As Bloodninja says, use the rubber cover from the drip tip, place it over the battery end and then take the little rubber bung out, fill and place the bung back in before you take the rubber cover off the battery end

glad it didn't all pee out this time Erm, I've not had any plastic taste with mine. Mine was a little wonky but I screwed it on fairly tight and gave it a bit of a gentle nudge and its ok

I've never had a leaky smokey. I'm guessing either you have a dud or your drawing too hard. You have a gentle draw with these too. Personally I really liked the smokeys but I'm addicted to the eGo-C now.

sorry to hear about your problems with the wonderful smokimizers... they have been my preferred atty device for over a year now, and whilst I agree, if you don't fill them up correctly they will leak, once you know how to fill them, they are great!! As a point of interest, I only use the black ones, as they seem to be the most reliable, I have tried the other colours and they always seemed to leak, and I noticed from your pic that you had a clear one??? Use the rubber condom that comes with the pack, just put it slightly over the atty end, don't push the atty right into the condom, hold smokimizer at an angle and fill slowly right up to the top... a trick, then, is to put back the little bung, gently ease off the condom, then I gently blow thru the smokimizer, to clear it so that there is no gurgling on inhale,( I have wide neck bottles for my juices, and I hold the smokimizer over the bottle when I blow thru it -that way I don't waste a single drop of precious juice!!) wipe off the excess juice from the atty end, replace the top of your choice, and hey presto!!! lots of luvverly flavour and vapour!!! It may seem a lot of trouble, but it really isn't and besides, it's sooooooooooooooooooooo worth it, only the DCT comes close to the amount of flavour production, so, order some black smokimizers, and give them another go, trust me, it will be worth it !!!! phew!!!

I think it is wise to get to understand how your original kit works, it's a steep learning curve and swapping and changing kit will just make the curve steeper

Hi All, I bought five of the clear smokeymisers and they arrived yesterday. I got home from work took one out of the pack and filled as per video on TW site put onto a mega battery and after a few minutes I was vaping like a good un. Then after half an hour my lovely juice was leaking all over the place from the battery end. I tried another one and that leaked too. I dont think I will be getting anymore I will try some more mega dual core carto's as they seem to work for me although they can be a bit hit and miss too.

as I said before, in my experience, the clear and the coloured smokies seem to leak at the drop of a hat, dunno why, they just do.... I only buy the black ones, and have very little problems, but when I do, I immediately empty them and then clean them by blowing out the juice, sit them fully submerged in de-ionised water overnight, then fully submerge them in cola overnight, before once again fully submerging them in de-ionised water, again overnight, then I blow them through to get rid of as much liquid as possible, then leave in my airing cupboard to dry thoroughly......... phew!! I hate waste (it's an age thing...lol) so never throw anything out before trying to find a solution, this works for me. my smokies seem to go on forever, and I very rarely have to throw one out the above might help, it might not.... it costs nothing to try.....lol

I always order the black ones, apart from the few I ruined at the begining, they have all worked great with months of use out of them

You'd hate me already thrown three away in anger haha! But kept going and the forth one (touch wood) is fine. Nice vaper and taste! Just seems alot of effort lol. I'll still order the black ones tho...

I guess it does seem a lot of bother for a smoky, but really, I look at it as maintenance, I don't let my SD get all bunged up with juice and nic residue, so, every now and again, I also clean all my smoky's.. this way, I always have clean ones to hand, I don't have to constantly buy new ones, cos the cleaning revitalises them, so I also save money, and, like I said, it costs nothing but a little bit of time and effort!!! like I said, it's an age thing.....hehehe

Your quite right they seem better for some strange reason! Filled it up with red bull and off I went. Just waiting for the dam battery's for my torpedo to charge so I can get on that (got it today too)
