HOW?
ok editor your notepad or any save with *.txt file dont forget include time eg... time you speak "from to end"
HH:MM:SS:FS => 00:00:00,000
eg...

1
00:00:01,100 --> 00:00:02,400
Hello world.

2
00:00:03,100 --> 00:00:05,600
What happened in that subtitle?

3
00:00:07,500 --> 00:00:09,900
It was subtitle working and I will happy
read n understand what you saying.

that above you editor what you say or listen in video or you can get subtitle editor or workshop etc you can find software its total FREE
that software save file is *.srt file this work for any video clip in *.avi or *.wmv file but you can open by notepad and save as *.txt that no problem

Yes, everyone know what CC or SDH or SL or S or 888 (old time) etc.. that we know it, but no one input subtitle include for how to or tutorials.
they talk talk .... we deaf people keep eyes on video without dont know what they say...
like on cooking, they put sugar into bowl, oh wait i wonder which one this look like sugar or salt... that problem...
hey, why dont you unplug your pc audio speaking or switch off (muted), then how you feel and understand how to or tutorials.
