I am using a Titan 510.
I have received my latest order from TW and added just a touch of 36 Mg Menthol to my American Red Tobacco and it's absolutely great. Now the question, are there anymore flavors DV or TW that will come through like the menthol. Especially fruit flavors. Some of the flavors mentioned on the site are unknown to me here in the US, such as black currant (sp) or the Parma Violet.
Any advice would be very much appreciated. By the way I did get a 36 mg vanilla and it seems nearly tasteless to me. 40 years of smoking probably hasn't helped my taste buds a great deal either.
I do dearly love the mounds of vapor I get from the 510 and do not want to lose that, added just to make your job harder.

I was quite surprised that you hadn't encountered blackcurrants before... until a look at wikipedia revealed that they were banned in the US for most of last century It's a strong flavour thats likely to survice mixing with most things (although im not certain how well it will 'go' with tobacco flavours), as well as being extremely nice in its own right. If its not something you have tried before, its certainly worth a go

Blackcurrant! Well, I was raised in Britain, and that flavour has never escaped my taste-buds - it's dark, blackly-purple and delicious. The commercial incarnation of Blackcurrant in the UK since goodness knows when is "Ribena" (a sugary concoction of the fruit for dilution) which I remember fondly as a kid, and now here in the US Blackcurrant juice is everywhere, at least it is in New England's supermarkets. Heck, even Ribena has appeared on the Brit ex-pat shelves! Crossbow's Wiki link to the history of this fruit in the US explains it all. The nearest equivalent in the US is the Blueberry. Blackcurrant is tarter without sweetening, and yet much richer and luxurious on the tongue. It also has a deeper, more complex aroma. Needless to say, I have ordered the DV Blackcurrant. Can't wait Parma Violet is a sweet (candy) old chestnut in the UK. Very delicate, fragrant and evocative of childhood. I got a roll of them in my DV Absinthe shipment (nice touch) and i was transported back to infant school. I see that DV offer Parma Violet liquid too, and I shall be ordering some of that in due course Warmest regards, Bryn

OK, order placed.
DV Blackcurrant 30 ML
Spearmint. 10 ML
Flavors DV Raspberry, Blackberry 10 ML each
Since they include a roll of Parma Violet candies with a DV order, it's like a free taste test. One person said the Liquid tastes exactly like the candy.
I will let you all know how it goes once the order arrives.
Thanks for your help one and all.

Biker--I have found that just a bit of menthol (unless its Nicks concentrated form--then even less)--added to all the flavors adds just a nice bit of kick without tasting of menthol.

Lisa, on your advice. Yes, I agree and based on what you have written previously I did buy a bottle on 36 MG menthol and have been adding a touch to several flavors works very well. On the last order I was gong to purchase the DV concentrated menthol but alas sold out.

The world really has gone mad! I'm just going to go away and lie down in a darkened room for awhile (by the time I get back, they'll probably have banned cheese, or enamel or something! How random do these bans have to get?)

As Nick (probably) well knows, and for those who are remotely interested, courtesy of Wikipedia: "Blackcurrants were once popular in the United States as well, but became extremely rare in the 20th century after currant farming was banned in the early 1900s when blackcurrants, as a vector of white pine blister rust were considered a threat to the U.S. logging industry".

The Parma Violet is my favorite vape! I add just a touch of menthol to it and it's wonderful!

Update, Received my order today. Spearmint doesn't seem to good to me, taste is so subjective. However the Blackcurrant is a absoutly awsome . I can't see myself being with out it ever again. Thanks to those who recommeded it. Very strong and plesent flavor, great vapor. Nick I am very impressed DV from here on out. My last two orders of the TW flavors really wern't impressive and that may be due to using a 510. This is my first experience with the DV line (haven't tried the berry flavors that I ordered yet) but have some PI coming. I hope they work out well and I don't screw them up in the mixing. Overall I pretty much have decided except for the menthol in TW I will stick with the DV line of supplies from now on. Now if my silver bullet would arrive. Biker

Glad you like them. Stick to small batches at first, and you can't make too much of a screw up -) The mixing instructions that come with the PI are designed to need no prior experience. If you get the menthol concentrate, you might want to start with 3 or 4 drops, rather than the example recipe of 7 drops (unless you like your menthol very strong )
