Advice to cut 36mg down to 9mg

I have a bottle of TW super high menthol (a friend ordered for me whilst I was away on hols and I didnt realise quite how high super high was... )

So, what would you guys advise? Cut 50/50 with my glycerine then cut 50/50 again? simple as that?

Even cutting 50/50 I need extra flavour so I appreciate Im gonna need to add a lot of flavour back but my query is I will then be left with a liquid that is only 25% original eliquid and 75% glycerine and I just want to check that you guys think that will be ok to vape?

Yes - as simple as that.

It'll be fine to vape, albeit you may find it's not very mentholly after that much dilution. But you can easily rectify that by adding more menthol!
I think TW are out of stock of the menthol flavour concentrate now, but it should be back in real soon (I have 5kg of menthol on order - enough for 10 litres of DV menthol concentrate.)

You will discover that the menthol is pretty potent, even when cut. It is one of the stronger flavors. I sometimes use a few drops of my 18mg TW Menthol into a bland 3ml DIY mixture to get more zest.

That would hurt - they are VERY strong! Even the strongest extra strong mints etc. only contain ~2-3% menthol max.
They take a bit of dissolving in PG (and are almost entirely insoluble in VG,) so you need to warm the bottle in hot water, or leave them overnight to reliably dissolve. If you don't like waiting, it's easier to use the DV concentrated menthol essence - 50% w/v menthol crystals dissolved in PG, so there's 5g in every 10ml bottle. Just add the drops, give the bottle a shake, and you're ready to vape.

Personally, I'd get some 0mg TW Menthol and dilute it with that - cutting down to 1/4 of it's strength with just VG or PG would weaken the flavour down by far too much

The calculator will do it - or you can use your own brain (it's fun sometimes ) and observe that 24 is 2/3 of 36 - so we need 3 units in total (3 being the denominator.) 2 of them will be the nicotine-containing stock, and the remaining unit will be nicotine free. So if you want to merely dilute, add 2 parts 36mg juice to 1 part VG/PG, and the result will be 24mg/ml.
Or if you want to add more flavour, make a stock solution using PG or VG with the flavouring in question, and use that as your zero-nic stock @ 1 part to 2.

It ain't rocket science - maths is fun!
