I tried a few hard to say a favorite everyone I have tried have been great in their own way.  If stuck on a island with only one though...maybe Double Apple Shisha...so far...I'll keep trying them!

PR American Red Tobacco 36mg- Has a decent, light smokey flavor (ultra light cig). Superb vaper production (on TW Tornado). I did not get the throat hit that I was looking for. 
Flavor - 6 Vaper - 10 Throat hit - 4

PR Tobacco Americano- A wonderful flavor. Very bold with a sweet almond/honey taste. Great vaper production (on TW Tornado). The throat hit is very moderate.
Flavor - 8  Vaper - 10 Throat hit - 4

This is direct drip straight to the atty. I also swapped atomizers for each flavor. I did not use a filled cart to test these flavors out. This is my 1st review of any TW liquids, and  honest opinion the 2 mentioned here.

Update: I have been vaping on the PR American Red Tobacco all night, and have been trying to put my finger on the flavor that is coming out with this. Its been driving me nuts all night long. But I finally figured out what it reminds me of. I get a sugar cookie/ clove flavor with this vape. Im not saying its a bad flavor, but it is definitely not like a American Red Tobacco flavor.

I was never a menthol smoker but Have to say I love the new Pattys wicked Mint (very good stuff) , also loved the Mad dog, Cherry Cigar and KaMel.

I don't think I have loved a juice as much as I love this Cherry Cigar.

Was there any that tasted close to Hilton? I was hooked on the cherry cigar and a little too bashful to try them all. But, whoa for Patty and crew, I only live 20 minutes away... I am sure I will eventually get up there enough to try them all.

I love the Red label TW American Red Tobacco but did not care for the Patriot label American Red Tobacco at all - others however have liked it.

In my opinion the KaMel tastes like some kind of tobacco/licorice...I don't know, it's hard to even describe other than just bad news.

I actually like the KaMel, it is very unique - kinda a tamed down Mad Dog. I still highly recommend the Wicked Mint - vaping it as we speak and still loving it

I did too...sadly that is not the case with KaMel

All the Tobacco flavors in the Patriot range are very different from each other.
If you don't like one there's bound to be one you will love.

I tried American Red Tobacco KaMel and Tobacco Americano. They are all pretty good. None really taste tobacco like. The American Red Tobacco kinda has a very herbal taste to it. It's very subtle, so if you eat something or drink something that has any spice to it, you won't taste the juice very well. It tastes the closest to tobacco  so far from what I tried of the patriot range. KaMel tastes almost like a pine tree, black tea, and pepper. It is rather good, but nothing like tobacco. It has the strongest taste of the three that I tried, but I believe my favorite is Tobacco Americanno. Tobacco Americano is pretty strong tasting, but not as strong as KaMel. It tastes very similar to the Titan 510 original tobacco. If you like the Titan juice, you'll love Tobacco Americanno. None of them seemed to have a very strong throat hit. I got 18mg fluid and all of the Red Label fluids I have have way more throat hit. Even the fruity flavors like Red Bull Ion and Strawberry. So if you want a strong throat hit, then it's probably best to go with Red Label or increase the nicotine. If they had 20mg juice, I think it would be perfect for me.

I hear ya on that one. I am new to this vaping and when I ordered my kit I ordered Kamel and American Red Tobacco in 18 mg. So far I like the vaping but am wiggin out on the withdraws of a good tobacco hit. So I fell of the wagon after 3 days and bought a pack of smokes today. Now I am on a venture to find the right mg. and flavor.  I need a flavor that isn't something sweet. Lets be honest neither Kamel or American Red Tobacco taste anything like real tobacco.

So I am just about to place an order for the Pillbox 38 Mad Dog 36 mg. If anyone knows of other flavors that taste like tobacco (and not sweet candy) please let me know Maybe once I get past this initial stage I can relax with something sweet but right now I NEED SOME STRONG KNOCK ME DOWN TOBACCO HITTING VAPE!

I was much the same way when I first started vaping. A Tornado with a LR atomizer will help give ya the the throat kick ya need. It does help to compensate for the lack of chemical baddies in the vape to some great degree.

I just received a 5 pack of Patriot Range Flavors.  I've been trying them all day.

Coffee 36mg wasn't nearly as strong a flavor as I expected.  But it's 36mg and I'll keep starting my day with it!
Parisian Vanilla 36mg is also a bit weak, in my view, although others have noted they think it's fine - I haven't been vaping long, maybe it's the taste buds!
Pillbox38 Mad Dog rocks.  Thought I had ordered it in 36mg, but it came in 18mg -- no problem.  Love the cracked pepper kick.
Double Apple Shisha 36mg has flavor and will be nice in the evenings but it's a bit too "sweet" for me

The Tobacco Americanno 18mg has emerged with "Mad Dog" as two of my favs.  This is a nice smooth hit, great with a single malt Scotch!  In fact, I think even at 18mg it's a bit much because I like to alternate these flavors so much, I'm vaping more than I actually smoked....too much Nicotine!

You know what I find is the nicest thing about vaping?    There's no filthy ash tray on my desk.  I can turn on the ceiling fan.  The home office doesn't smell.

stick with it im sure new flavors will emerge that synthesize tobacco better. i think the problem is vapor feels too clean we want to feel like were killing ourselves while actually being safe.

So far, I've tried American Red Tobacco, kamel and tobacco americano. I love them all, but my favourite is definitely KaMel. It's a very unusual flavour but absolutely fantastic. The American Red Tobacco is similar to the DV Habana Reserve and is also superb, whilst the tobacco americano is probanlu the most tobacco like of the 3. One thing I don't understand is people saying they don't have much of a throat hit: I vape at 18ml and they all have an intense throat hit to me!

My favorite is Mad Dog, though the first hit after dripping is a bit like what I'd imagine black shoe polish to taste like. Ahh, but with pepper. Where's the mustard?

Welcome to the forum kewlceo, the Mad Dog is a great flavor. What I like about Mad Dog, KaMeL, and Wicked Mint is that they are all very strong  flavors and when I drip I can switch between those flavors and they come through right away and and are not masked by whatever I was vaping a moment ago
