I also got the strawberry, and it's not bad, but I think it's a bit sweet for my tastes. The watermelon seems to be pretty spot on, has a great taste, not too sweet, refreshing, but still has a nice th to it.

How was the throat hit 2out of ten had no taste or throat hit at all did you have any problems. Red label totally sucked no throat hit and no taste I tried 5 different 30 ml bottles everyone was horrible. No taste no throat hit. The first time I got t w I was knocked off my feet the watermelon was great all the flavors had great throat hit and flavor my second order was totally different. Like vaping air no flavor or throat hit. Have you had any problems. I will send anyone some to show you

Obbie I'm sorry you don't seem to have had a good experience.
Sometimes it can be 'our end' at fault, but not always. The equipment you use can make a difference i.e. type of atomiser and voltage. Also, as an atomiser ages, it becomes less efficient and flavours become dulled. Our tastebuds also alter daily, weekly, monthly and what tastes strong and powerful one day, can taste weak and bland another.
The lack of throat hit you mention also points to a possible issue with your vaping equipment.
Perhaps the members here can troubleshoot with you, to make sure that it isn't something that can be rectified your end? It really isn't unusual to get the odd 'bad batch' bottle, but as you say, you're experiencing five bottles which all have issues. I'd hate for you to try another batch of bottles elsewhere just to find the same issues.Lets see what we can do to help first!
What equipment are you using, what atomiser/cartomiser, for how long have you used it, and how old is your atomiser/cartomiser?

I am using a brand new ego c, I had high ohms I thought low ohms would be better but both atomizers were the same, I tried adding more pg to it that made it worse as far as throat hit, I tried mixing two different flavors together nothing, the ones that came with the new ego were awesome great throat great flavor, I then purchased five 10ml bottles they were good but one wasn't very good the next ten I bought two were awesome the rest had very little flavor and no throat hit. Then I bought a bottle of patriot range it was good, then I purchased five 30 ml of red label everyone had no flavor no throat hit I was very disappointed I really do like wicked as a company but I can't waste money either. They are very nice people to deal with,

definitely menthol its lovely but i cant seem to taste the cherry although i have tried a few bottles of the titan cherry I cant say any were amazing but must just be me as many like it

The resistance does make a difference to the throat hit and flavour..... most people prefer the lower resistance atomisers for throat hit as the coils burn hotter, many prefer the flavour from LR as well.
I'm also wondering about the throat hit... what mg liquid did you buy? Was it the same as the prefilled carts that gave you the throat hit? With the kit you get 2x 18mg, 2x 11mg and 1x 8mg. A lot of people find the 11mg and 8 mg too low when they start out.
Adding more PG will not improve the throat hit if you're needing the nicotine hit, as all it will do is reduce the percentage of nicotine in the mix.
Everyone is different when it comes to eliquid, particularly with flavours. Some need a lower percentage of flavours and some need a higher percentage.
TW do produce great quality eliquids so maybe the red label simply isn't suited to you... but you liked the patriot range instead. If you choose to buy elsewhere you may ultimately find the same issues. Particularly from some of the cheap chinese liquids, which tend to be inconsistent on quality despite appearing good on price.

I have been vaping for a few years I had a pro vape and then I went the ego c. I also had a dse 901 and a few cheaper ones I love the wicked ego c it is a good system. The nicotine does make a bit of a difference but I have tried a lot of other liquids I am scared of the Chinese ones and I really only want to get American liquids just because we all should just buy American but anyway. I did try halo liquid it was really good and consistant with a good throat hit even in the lower nicotine levels. But it's only tabbacco flavors which I don't really like. I quess i am very disappointed in the difference that occurred in the bottles, the ones I bought first where all the same strength I think 12 or 11 mg . I like the watermelon like so many others and two of the bottles were a very strong throat hit great flavor the other two nothing no throat hit. No flavor. I am probaly making people mad so I will be quite but I hoped that it could be explained if it was me all the bottles would have been horrible not just a couple say two out of two of the t w watermelon. All five of the red label were bad. I thought other people where having trouble with the red label because they seem to be closing it out. Anyway I apologize if I insulted anyone I was just trying to make things better for everyone if others were having a problem. I made sure also that temperature wasn't to cold or to hot and they were new not old bottles. Thanks for listening

I don't think you've insulted anyone at all, don't worry. Some new users do overlook what is more obvious to people who've been vaping a while and know the pitfalls. Of course they should, and that's where help comes in useful. You're not a new vaper, so you've experienced vaping for long enough to know when something isn't quite right. We've done the troubleshooting. Maybe someone else can give you a little input, as I can't think of anything. I think a second email to TW outlining what you've said here and your experience with vaping might help as they have excellent CS and don't like to let people down. Perhaps you can work something out. I know that many e-liquid retailers cannot offer returns for e-liquids based on hygiene problems i.e. once opened it cannot be simply returned, but maybe there's some other way they can help. Sorry I can't help you more, I wish I could as you must feel frustrated

You could always get your post count up to 30 then the trades board will open up for you. Maybe you'd be able to decant the big bottles into 10-20ml bottles and trade them away. Of course we'd have to make sure there is nothing wrong with the flavors you have first. Which side of the pond are you on?

Hi obbie20, You haven't offended anyone!, it's one of the reasons the forum is here and if you have a genuine problem, then this one of the places your can attempt to get answers. Four years ago and right from the word go TW wanted to stock a genuinely good eliquid and after much searching settled on the Red Label range. Jason, the owner of TW went to China to check out the factory that produced it and at the time was very satisfied with the procedures in place to assure quality and consistency. Jason has been back several times since and nothing has changed, (and personally although I don't used the RL premixed, I use the RL concentrates as I prefer to tweak my flavours to my preference). TW has always endeavoured to improve the products it sells and has also been on a mission to source UK and USA produced eliquid and flavours. As the business has grown TW has finally been able to invest in UK produced liquids and has just introduced the first 10 of over 80 new flavour concentrates, to be followed soon by a new range of premixed eliquids, all made here in the UK by us, so we can have control of the quality and consistency, with all the appropriate batch control numbers and certificates and also to create UK employment. This is the only reason why the current Red Label range will be sold down eventually, However I can ask one of out US Customer Service Reps to contact you if you wish, so that you may discuss your disappointment with them. On the wicked website they advertise that the patriot range is made in the USA of course the U.K is fine also. I trust wicked and have no ill feelings towards them. I did email them and I told them what happened, I realize they could not take it back but I thought it would be helpful for them to know that they might be starting to have a problem, I would hate for them to be blindside by getting a large shipment of liquid that is well below their quality. Like I said the first bottlles I purchased were awesome I couldn't wait to get more. The red label bottles, and then 75 percent of the t.w bottles were flavorless and had no punch at all. Thank you all for being so kind I don't know where I will go from here I am a little gun shy about spending hard earned money. I certainly will never buy in that big of a volume again because getting a 10 ml bottle that is bad certainly isn't like getting 5 30ml bottles that are is bad. Maybe mixing my own is the way to go. Hope you get your eliquid sorted out Obbie. There's loads of help here on DIY if you decide to try it out. I personally prefer doing my own mixes for many of the flavours, so I can get it just right for me. Mixing is quite easy after you've done it a time or two, and of course it saves money.
Those bottles that aren't right for you, don't throw them away if you take up DIY as you could always add more flavouring and tinker with them until you get something thats a satisfactory vape.

I haven't really sorted much out I found out a few things but it really doesn't explain how the t.w liquid went from being awesome to no flavor no hit, and the red label every bottle I received had no flavor at all I still think that wicked was inundated with a bad batch I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else, it does get expensive, vaping is great. I haven't decided what to do about my new order of liquid I use lot so it is important I get good result from what I buy, money is tight these days as everyone knows, thank you for all your help I will keep in touch. if you like what I do a good vapor and a good throat hit. I will keep you in the loop in what I find.. Thanks gain for your kindness and your willingness to help a newbie..

Costomer service wow I should have gotten that,I was in contact with Daniel I thought he was with them maybe not. I did email wicked in the Florida and also talked to them on the phone but they just decided I believe that it was just me, but I have used thier liquid enough to know that the many bottles I have used before we're excellent and the last order was just plain bad. The order before that 25 percent of the bottles were awesome the rest were just not the same. I don't think they really wanted to hear it, Daniel was very nice I quess if it was my company I would be concerned about what happened in the sense of losing a Costomer, and getting a shipment of poor liquid. I would have tried to at least replace a small amount, to mske me more confident in buying their product. I didn't start out thinking that way but, I really wanted nothing but now i don't think I will take a chance on getting more. I only spent three hundred or so over the last two months but still. I have to order this week, I have sent out a few emails to other companies. I hate to leave wicked but, I can't waste money. And I believe people have to stand, behind their product, they seem to be phasing out the red label, they say they are not but it looks that way to me and I have five 30ml bottles of it. Opened but how would I know if they were bad if I didn't open them.lol. I should have thought after the first one I opened was bad and just sent them all back but I thought it was just a fluke. I do apologize, we take customer service very seriously and I can understand where you are coming from with your concerns. We have every intention of replacing the liquid for you. Our concern was the difference in strength you had normally gotten from us, we wanted to make sure you would be happy with an 11mg as opposed to the normal 18mg that was ordered previously. Again, I apologize for the lack of clarity on my part. I will make sure your liquid is shipped tomorrow. I guess I got confused I never ordered anything over 12mg I just checked all of mine orders I purchase around 20. 10ml bottles of 11mg. And 6 30ml bottles of between 0 and 12 mg. I would gladly try the 18mg without question. I did received the pre filled ones with the ego c that were higher of course but I wasn't thinking about them. Thank you for all your trouble. 18 mg would be great thank you.

obbie it looks like they are saying you normally order 18mg and they wanted to check you would be happy if they sent an 11mg. Or thats how i read it, If you give them a call tomorrow and jut say what your after if you want some more 11mg then ask for that. If you need something else ask no harm in doing so

Thank you I did just that and Daniel who is cs, said he would take care of me. I really appreciate this, I am sure things will be fine now, and i will write very soon when I get some replacement. I have very high hopes, I was blown away by the Titan t w liquid for months, so I hope to report all is well and back to being awesome as we all have come to know. Thank you all.
