weird taste

Hey

I have just picked up a tornado tank recently and also picked up coffee and red bull to go with it and found with both flavors that there is a weird back taste to them both are the same but i have no idea what it is.

could anyone help me with this issue or is it just the way they are

Welcome to the forum.
If the attys are new it could be down to priming liquid in the atty, I am assuming the Tank attys have priming liquid in them like the standard ones but I don’t use them so can’t be sure.
The taste should go if it is caused by priming liquid.

I actually think the tank attys are not primed, you have to put a tank on them and take a few draws before connecting a battery to prime them.
I didn't notice that acrid priming fluid taste from my tank, as compared to my original 510 Titan with the wicked atomizer and fluval cartridge.

Ah thanks a lot I guess the closest to explain the taste is almost like weetabix I shall let everyone know if it goes as im hoping to start mixing my own in time also

The tank atomisers are primed to prevent corrosion whilst in storage, it is just unflavoured PG, the eGo-C atomiser heads have considerably less priming fluid than the Tornado-T atomisers though

so is it just me then not the taste has gone or could it be that there was some of the tobacco and or coffee in there as well that has kind of distorted the taste?

Be sure the cap on the tank is pierced completely. Also make sure to spin the tank while together after piercing the cap because when pierced a flap folds in and can block the spike. If not done the juice flow will be restricted and give a burnt or bad taste. hope that helps.

I am pretty new to all of this too.  There are some flavours I love and some I don't like at all.  I hope you will soon find some you love.  I had presumed I would like tabacco best of all but I find other flavours are great.
