OK so Unfortunately due to circumstances I don't get a chance to visit the forum as much as I used to, and I bulk buy on the online store, so end up a bit out of touch I guess, but anyway I logged in today to place an order with Totally Wicked, only to find myself totally confused... Where have all my favourite flavours gone..? Rich Pipe, Carmel, Hylton from Black Label?
Have they been discontinued... Please tell me they're under a different name or something? Having spent a fair bit of cash and time to find flavours I actually liked, it would be totally frustrating for me to start experimenting all over again.

Hiya Addick, the bad news is that TW have stopped carrying the Decadent Vapours range of juices and flavourings. They are still available, but not from TW.

Decadent Vapours...? Off the top of my head I think they were "Red label"...Are they the same?
TW coming out with their own "new" flavours... Is that new as in labelling or new as in taste...? I'm not excited about having to spend the same amount of time and money as I did in my first year of vaping, just to find the flavours I like.

DV made Black label stuff and thats what your flavours were. You could by DV concentrates and the Black label was pre mix.
Unfortunately tw felt they had to drop the DV range a while back. They are working on their own liquids now which are made in the uk completely by Dr bilal who has worked in the flavours field.
I think its about the end of may we are looking at having the new flavours to replace any missing ones plus introduce some new.

The end of May is some way off to replace products discontinued a "while back". As a loyal customer I don't feel this is great customer care... Couldn't TW have kept the old stock levels up until then...? In the meantime I'm going to have to find my goods elsewhere, which I'm not happy about as I've always trusted TW for all my e-cig supplies.

Black label were concentraes also. I'm a sad camper too as my favorite is a DV brand. I'm hoping the new TW range is better and for some reason I believe it will be.

Maybe so, but you don't get the opportunity to bulk buy from one place, with the added bonus that your products maybe in the yo-yo sale or in the weekly discounts section, and more importantly miss out on the customer care that is built up from being a loyal customer.

Being a loyal customer is all good but when your newly born to a world of so many possibilities its only natural to want to get out there and try what the world has to offer. The chance of weekly offers is good but there are cheaper places with great concentrates. I've found some concentrates that I prefer from other sites.
Also, we're talking about flavours. The cheapest area of the vaping world outside of Diluents. I still use TW for my batteries, atomizers, DCT's and Platinum Ice which is where the money is I'd say.
If you have the money to spare then by all means be a one shop guy. Me? I have far too many bills to pay to not look for the best prices out there.
Dont get me wrong, I love TW. They are the best out there that I've experienced and I've been to a lot of different websites in the UK and other countries.
