No-one on this forum will believe that you received a poor level of service, guvnabob, and as taste is a subjective experience it cannot be said that any liquid is vile just because you don't like it. We all have to try a few before we find a favourite. Spamming threads will not help your cause. There is a huge choice of liquids available at TW and if you try small bottles to taste, you'll have plenty of choice at a reasonable cost. If you choose to go elsewhere that will be up to you, I wish you luck finding juice more to your taste. If you want to return at any time, you will be welcomed back.  I agree... Out of the first 10 or 12 flavors I havetried, I like 3 of them. Does that mean the fluid sucks? Absolutely not, just means I don't like it. I traded a few of them, and am still experimenting to find flavors I like. As far as service, I have never waited more than an hour or 2 to get a response email if I had questions, and I feel the service I have gotten so far has been nothing short of amazing. Every order I have placed has been same day, except the yo=yo, and 3 of my yo yo orders were shipped within 2 business days, 1 was shipped same day. With an estimated 7500+ orders, I think that's pretty impressive. Add to the fact that customer service and Jason are constantly on the forum providing answers, updates, and sharing news, I don't see how anyone could want more than that. I would recommend getting a few of the 10ml bottles to find what you like,and if you don't like something, put it on the trade boards. Chances are, what you find repulsive will be someone else's favorite and you may love the one they hate. TW is pretty open about their policy of not taking back open liquids, and that is more than fair. |

I'm totally with you guys, there. I've tried quite a few juices I didn't like from here, but found a lot that I did like, too. Heck, there are some other vendors I've tried where I've hated almost every single one I've tried, though others rave about them. It's unreasonable to expect any vendor to take back a juice simply because somebody didn't like it. Opened juice cannot be re-packaged and re-sold and it's not fair to them to expect them to eat the cost on such frivolous grounds. But unlike some other vendors, TW is willing to go the extra mile and examine a juice that you think may have something wrong with it and replace if faulty, which is something that not all vendors are willing to do. Anyway, back to the topic of the thread: Toffee Apple  I've only got about 10ml left of my final mixed batch, I've been pretty sparing with it and stretched it out about as long as I could |

STILL on the pina collada. Wish I could put this stuff down - I feel a little gay loving it this much as a guy I feel anothe zinger batch coming on... either that or I'm gonna mix some DV coconut with some DV caramel. Anyone tried this? Got a good ration? I'm thinking 80:20 coconut/caramel. A little very vanilla may well bring this idea to perfection, although it's all in my mind at the moment!! |
