Greetings, everyone......... It has been years since I’ve actually eaten a cherry and I thought that the only way to do this review properly was to remind myself just exactly how they tasted. So, off I went down to the local supermarket to pick up small box – just under ˝ lb in weight. Cost the earth though – why? Because here in the northern hemisphere (UK, US, Canada & Europe) they ain’t available for picking until June, July – something like that. No, my little beauties, 23 in all, 7oz (200g), came all the way from Chile – 7,000 miles or so away. Ho-hum….. And very nice they were too. In fact, the only thing missing was a slightly chilled bottle of Samuel Smith’s Organic Cherry Beer from Yorkshire or a nice Wisconsin Belgian Red from New Glarus.  Real cherry fruit, real cherry beer and cherry flavoured e-juice - oh well, two out of three ain’t bad (as Meat Loaf sang all those years ago….)  So, how did the juice shape-up compared to the fruit? Equipment - DSE901, fully-charged 380mAh manual battery, new but tuned-in atty, clean cart.... Colour of liquid - pale yellow/gold. Smell of liquid – almost like a weak cherry liquor / brandy. Flavour / Taste – The taste of the vapour reminded me of the aroma (rather than the taste) from the actual fruit once bitten in to. Not that it was such a bad thing – I recall cherry ice-lollies from the late 60s and early 70s tasting very similar – you know, the ones that left your tongue that deep red / crimson colour for ages after consuming. . . The almost sweet cherry brandy-like flavour takes a little time to reach you though – and it’s certainly pleasant enough, not too overwhelming, leaving a slight liquor aftertaste – 7/10. Throat Hit - To be honest, this is where the juice surprised me.  For an 18mg strength, there was a very pleasing subtle whack at the back of the throat – more so than some of the 24mg liquids I’ve tried in the past. Almost with every puff, I was getting that sensation – without taking my breath away. Definitely gotta be worth an 8/10 there….. Vapour Content – Again, this delivers. It’s a PG so it’s not gonna belch out the vapour like some of the VGs I enjoy, but it’s better than some of the others on a level playing field. One example would be a comparison with the TW Black Tea 18mg – the Cherry wins fairly comfortably. Respectable amounts of blue-grey vapour fill the room – good for a PG it must be said….. 8/10  To summarize.....There are simply loads of Cherry flavours out there on the market but this is the first one I’ve had the pleasure of trying. Certainly more positives than negatives – but I’d like to try others just to make a comparison. I would be lying if I said that I wasn’t looking forward to sampling Nick’s Black and Sour Cherry varieties – but, I suspect that they’re going to be completely different animals to this. So, there we have it – 7.67 / 10 – quite enjoyable and it was pretty much all I hoped for. The throat-hit was definitely an unexpected bonus though…… Happy vaping everyone, and thanks for reading....  John |

It was good to do one for a juice that remains a favourite with many members...... Yes, there is definitely more vapour with this one compared to some of the other TW Reds - the glycerin is a big bonus that's for sure....  (and there's me thinking I had a 'lucky' atomizer)..... Great job on the review. For me, TW 36mg Cherry tops the list of my fav juice. Its got a great throat hit, very good tobacco flavor, and a not overpowering dry cherry after taste - I anticipated a candy flavor but thats not it at all. I always have a stash of TW Cherry on hand and am now eager to see how the PLB stands up the the red label I love |

When I purchased my Tornado last week (Feb 18, and I'm still getting used to it) I took the opportunity of also getting hold of a couple of TW juices at the same time. I pretty much settled for Cherry and Strawberry - one at 18mg and one at 36mg. I chose Cherry because everyone seemed to like it but opted for the 18mg strengh as I recalled Scott doing a 36mg TW Strawberry review a little while back so I wanted to 'compare notes' as it were..... Looking forward to trying that one soon as well...... Will probably do a mini-review soon, comparing the same juices running in a 901 and the 510 Tornado. Should be fun...... I must admit, I love the Cherry red label, and Nick's Black Cherry........ but I really used to love Cherry Tunes, so I may have to give that a try.

Haven't taken the plunge to do a full review yet, but ... taste is subjective, we all know. Cherry is to be feared!!
I don't think I will try any more fruit flavors for a while.
I thought this TW Cherry flavor was nice, at first, but then it seemed to creep into everything, like I was smelling it everywhere in my LIFE. Over the top? Perhaps, but it did affect all my vaping and had to clean all my attys out as everything became Cherry ... cherry vanilla, cherry tobacco, cherry coffee, and so on .... powerful stuff, even after cleaning them, for two full days, I swear I was smelling cherry!!!
Maybe cause I spilled some of it on my liquid tray, I don't know, but the last 3ml is going to be twisted tight in the bottle, taped with duck tape, into a zip lock bag, doubled, and carefully placed in my large trash can just in time for the truck to haul it away.
I am quite literally afraid to get it on me!!
Ok, a little tongue in cheek, but seriously, no more fruits!! Looking forward to some more traditional tobacco types coming this week from TW .... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh ...............

I think I'll get me a small bottle of the 36mg as well on my next order as my review was done with the 18mg. It would be good to do a comparision..... Glad you liked yours..... I'll second that.... Of course, there is also Black Cherry & Sour Cherry. There is also "Cherry Cherry". (Wasn't that a Neil Diamond song back in the mid 60s?) Lord, look who's showing his age?? I'll fetch my coat... Cherry rocks and its my regular vape, that and a little cola. For me its the flavour and the fact that it takes me way beyond anything tobacco and that for me is a must!
