I'll be honest, I'm not one for "worthy causes" and viral internet outrage, but for some reason this really hacked me off, the founder of the website Regretsy started a charity drive to give toys to small children at Christmas, not only has paypal shut it down demanding that all monies be refunded (but taking a cut of the donations for the refund), but they've also frozen the organisers private account, so I'm reposting the link to the relevant blog, if anybody feel so inclined there is a link there so you can email Paypal to register a complaint, people are also tweeting the link on and posting on thier FB walls and on Paypals own FB page.

Paypal have now rectified the problem and un frozen all of his accounts plus made a donation to his cause.

I wouldn't go that far - I suspect it was more to do with the backlash they got for their initial actions. Either way, good to see a decent result in the end
