Today a great person died. A person I only knew online, but she was awesome. Please say prayers, think positive thoughts, whatever it is you do, for her family. She leaves behind a husband of only a few months and a 14 year old daughter.

I'm so sorry for the family! I hope they get through this in good spirit and I will say a prayer Smiley

Sad it's always horrible to hear of someone's passing, my thoughts and prayers are with them.

Thanks Everyone, this wasn't someone I knew well, we talked a few times on twitter, and on Android forums. She was however a huge presence, she was known to everyone for her confidence, wittiness, and her uncanny ability to know what to say. Her death makes no sense, she committed suicide and that's not her,  at least who she was to the thousands who followed her, knew her, listened to her podcasts. I am going to miss her crazy posts, her great information on Android and the smile I would get just reading about her life. She will be missed by a lot of people, but none more than her daughter and husband. Please continue to pray for them, because of the way she died it's going to be very hard on them.  Cry

I wanted to give an update. My friend didn't commit suicide,  everyone made an assumption  (the authorities)  and shame the eff on them for that. My friend actually choked. While this doesn't make a huge difference in the grand scheme of things, it does help the family. Please continue to pray for them. Thank you Grin

The description you gave of your friend it seems a good many will miss her besides her family, she sounds a lovely person
What a tragic way to leave this world, my thoughts and prayers go out to them.
