A lesson learned for me....

had a lot of leaking into the atty and around the tank recently and wasting a lot of fluid obviously into the bargain
I was convinced it was the atty(s) that was giving up the ghost (both of them actually as I`ve been using 2 in rotation for over a month)

then I decided to change the plastic cap on the tank itself - problem has gone - it was simply the holes were getting too big on the tank caps, 3 of them all at the same time.  Roll Eyes

I'm glad you said that..  I'm still using the attys I got with my original tank kit back in january and I never had any leaking problems unless I didn't put the tank in properly. now I'm getting leaks. I bought 5 clear tanks a few weeks ago and have been using them exclusively, so thats probably the cause.

Wish we could get replacement caps as there's nothing else wrong with the tanks.

My thought exactly....they do give 3 away in the compact Tank kit, so presumably they are available individually.

If they were cheap enough, it wouldn`t be a problem to replace them quite often if sold in bulk - 10 or 20 to a pack or something like that.
