Right then where to start, I'm not going to say you've changed my life, but you've helped me set some stuff in order to be fair so here goes:

Before Vapeing up at 05:00 feel rough as had poor quality sleep, wash shave, drive 62 miles to work spark up first analog of the day about 06:45, various smoke breaks through out the day, eat because I think I should drive home about 15:00 get in at 16:30 ish, knackered, drink caffeine, sort dogs out drink more caffeine, eat because herself has just got in from work and we should, stare aimlessly at idiot box while smoking analogues, half hearted training on a not so regular basis from time to time if I could be arsed.l crash about 23:00 repeat 5 days a week, play catch up at weekend.

Now: up at 04:45 to 05:00 feel ALOT better than previous, 7 min resistance band work out, vitamins and fluids, SSS and off to work, arrive for 06:30 to 06:45 brew at 08:00ish and toast or similar maybe abacon roll because I'm hungry, first vape of day. Lunch again because I'm hungry, knock off at the same 15:00 home about the same time, sort the dogs, 20 to 30 mins on the resistance bands then a brew, cook something proper, no longer knackered, energy levels are up, so is appetite and I can be othered to cook proper food through the week, which is great.. The weekend not catch up any more 30 to 40 mins with the bands of doom first thing, coffee and brekky and then ready for the day...

So oh yeah thanks folks for the assistance it is most appreciated
