C'mon Brits......... At the time of writing, less that 60 of us have "selected" a county - let's see if we can knock Bristol off its perch..... (Come on the Essex......) Well, it's worth a try.........

I've ticked Cheshire but I think Stockport is now considered part of Greater Manchester, although my address still says other wise, daft huh!

I live in Didsbury, but I consider myself a Lancastrian rather than a Greater Mancunian, I don't recognise it as a county, Manchester is a city in the county of Lancashire, and yes..Stockport is a county town of Cheshire... In my opinion, lol

Essex boy..... Honest, and I promise.... Those muppets on "The only way is Essex" are not a good representation of your typical Essex type person....well, not all of them.. Ok, if I am honest, I know loads that are... But most of them come from Canvey Island..... the lucky thing is that you don't get to see that type much as all day they are locked in sun bed saloons or beauty clinics and at night they all hang around in night clubs for the 18 to 30's.... And that's IQ's not the age range...... I hate that programme just as much as I hate those "Made in Chelsea" brats..... now don't get me started on them,...

just wait for "the only way is wolverhampton" its the same as "the only way is essex" apart from the fact that it starts later.....about 2yrs later and we have butchers shops rather that tanning salons, as for a trendy club with neons flashing on every table we have a disused slaughter house with a disco ball and christmas tree lights its gonna be a winner

In pubs, people ask me what I'm smoking and I tend to look them in the eye and say "A Planet". Wot you mean? "A Planet... thats Planet of the Apes... they're Vapes". Maybe it's becuase I'm a Londoner .... (with a chirpy whistle and all that malarky )

Started with the mini, then to 501 for expanded horisons. Dual Coil Tank hits all the buttons but RCS is the new contender.

2 people from Lancashire now. That can't be right what with the shop in Darwen and the new (awesome) one in Wigan.
Maybe all the others don't like to be sociable and frequent the forums? Miserable bu*#ers. Lol.

Posted by: Libby Tuesday Posted on: Today at 02:18:33 AM Puff on December 26, 2011, 05:22:40 PM Hi Jacquie I used to live in Trentham Stoke on Trent Staffs We had a farm. I now live in Devon but I miss the friendliness of the people from Staffordshire. Puff I used to live just down the way from Trentham I lived and worked in the pub 'The Staffordshire Knot' about ten/eleven years back now Hi Libby Pleased to meet you. First I lived at Meadow Lane Trentham then we bought a farm on the Barlaston Rd right next door to the Douglas McMillan Home, but I'm going back to the 1980s....when we had the farm the Douglas McMillan Home was only small and I used to rent the field surrounding the home for my horses. I looked on google earth back a few months ago....the Douglas McMillan Home is huge they've knocked down all what used to be our out buildings and just the house is left now I used to go in the The Staffordshire Knot often. It brings back so many wonderful memories. Happy New Year Puff
