Any Tornado Tank or C users ever notice a brown tinting to their liquid about halfway thru a tank? It's not a complaint but more of a curiousity. It's prob just crud from the atomizer but I still wonder exactly what it is,

nah just tingue.... im not sure on the spelling so i may be wrong  but i mean where the liquid takes on a brown tint instead of the normal clear or yellow that these Titan liquids normally have

I see youre relatively new Heavy... welcome! I hope TW is treating you well and you're happy with the product.

Hey Rich..... Does it mean im not maintaining enough? Because when i was cleaning everyday i never had it. (Staying within guidlines) I personally dont consider anything that the tornado creates to be "bad", it just like i said, a curiousity. It doesn't taste any different most of the time (unless i let alot of it build up). Maybe I should go back to strict maintenance.

Don't worry about the double post.

I don't get it often but on occasion when I don't rinse the tank and cone parts for a few days it gets progressively darker. Don't worry as it doesn't affect the juice.

well from what i remember you used Titan Menthol and know that it's barely colored other than a pale yellow. When I'm half thru a tank it's crap(substituting the S word ) brown.

PS

My real name is Joe.... being referred to as my forum feels stupid at this point (only 2 1/2 months) lol

It is the crud that is on the heating coil, like concentrated flavour that then gets burnt. It contaminates tank and any liquid in it and you will notice the flavour of your ejuice will change more and more to something unvapable. Its still safe to vape, but like i said, eventually a disgusting vape

its like most things if you heat it, its going to get darker in colour. Same applies here. You have you nic solution which may change colour as nicotine does when heated also your flavouring in the liquid will darken when heated

although your not heating all the liquid at once heat will be transferred to the tank or carto where your liquid is. The coil heats up thus heating up surrounding area.

You can see this especially in the DCT as the carto is metal. If you use the dct for a few draws and feel the top of the metal carto its quite hot. Now all the liquid in the DCT surrounding the carto will be getting heated as well. Not to any great temp but enough and over say a few days of heating and cooling heating and cooling, you would expect some colour change, which evidently seems to be the case

Yes Ken. That and crud backwash will make the liquid much darker overtime.
