I just replaced a pre-filled cart into my Tornado-C without remembering to replace the silicone cap. For the fifth time. Any others? Admit it. (Please?)

I've done it, I normally fill my ego-c through the hole at the bottom,
on one occasion I was struggling for some strange reason, and
more was squirting out the sides than going inside. So I flicked
off the cap, filled it up, and popped it straight back in. No cap!
