I am currently mixing as follows
Nic PI VG 54mg - 4.5
Nic PI PG 54mg - 4.5
Aquos - 11.5
Flavor - 5/6

I'm wondering:

Is that the right mix?
is there a better way?
Should I be using a different dillutant?
and aside from the strength is there a difference among the Herculian, totally wicked, partriot, and Platinum Ice.

The mix above seems to create a lot of "smoke" which my wife and I like.

As for flavor .... what's the deal with the Tobacco Americano? It seems to not be available .... is there a close second?

If I'm reading this right you're using 5 or 6 parts flavour out of 25.5? so about 20% flavour. Depending on the flavouring you use you may find that you geta better taste by cutting back the flavouring to about 15%, but if it's working for you, stick with it.
Is there a difference between the different 'unflavoured' options apart from the nic strength? Yes, each has a different taste which becomes part of your mix.
