I think I'm having a problem with one of my batteries. It's a mega tornado battery that I've had for several months and the light comes on when I press the button but it seems that the atty isn't getting any power. And its not all the time, it comes and goes. At first I thought my atomizer had died, but I tried different one's on this battery and it's not that. I also tried cleaning the connections and it's still acting strange. Does this sound like my battery is just on it's way out?

it might be. One of mine is doing the same thing. also the light comes on and and it fades out after 2 seconds. But when I disconnect the atty and and reconnect it it will act normal for a while. Thats been going on for a week. The battery is 9 months old so I would say I got my use out of it and it still works most of the time and holds a charge for a good while as well.

Could be getting ready for the big sleep VH.  Undecided   One other thing to check: sometimes the center post gets pushed down a bit.  I've got a few battery/atty combinations that won't work together any more because of this.  If you're careful, sometimes you can gently pry the center post back up a bit and that will fix it (if that's what's wrong).  If it's on it's was out anyway, it's worth a try. It's happened to me a few times with new batteries. After a few charge cycles the lights start working right.

Not sure if this will help, but I have a couple of batteries that light ok, but no vape delivered from the atty, just a "dry" draw. I find that if i press the button at a slightly different angle, or perhaps a little harder, I seem to get vape again. I think its probably due to the fact that the Battery buttons are starting to get a bit worn at the connection, and so changing the angle of "push" works.

Hope this helps.

As an aside, I spent several nights research on a battery that seemed to work, and then, although lighting on the button, was not firing up the atty/ juice. Eventually I shook the battery a bit, and heard a slight noise as the internal stuff was moving around (sorry - don't know the tech name for this!). I discovered that by shaking, I was able to get the battery to work for a few vapes, then it would stop. That's when I remembered dropping the battery some while before, obviously causing the internals to separate, hence the moving around inside.

Not sure if this is your case.......

Or just threaten to report them to caz.  I've found in most cases this alone is enough to get them to tow the line. Wink

Oh no.  I loved that one too.  But then I've got a soft spot in my heart (head?) for all things zombie.  Anyway, I thought you looked good with your zombie on for Halloween.

Well, do you think we've driven this thread far enough into the ditch, or should I keep driving?  Oh, did I tell you about my latest sewing project?  I'm making myself a new dress/mumu for the senior (moment) prom, and I just realized I need a....... Huh

OOPS, sorry caz.  My tin foil hat slipped off.  I just stapled it back on, so I should be good to go for the rest of the evening now (considering there's only 4 minutes left in the evening over here Cheesy).
