I purchased a Tornado-T MEGA Manual Battery Passthrough on a yoyo
with a discount of 43% which on my limited budget is a fantastic
saving. When I recieved the battery it was not a Passthrough but a normal
MEGA battery so felt even though I got a great discount that somehow I
was missing out. So I called TW CS and spoke to Paul, what a gentleman
he was on the phone and immediately sent the correct battery next day
delivery with a return envelope for the wrong battery.

The reason I'm telling you all about this is because I see a lot of posts with
people complaining about items that are not what they expected instead of
first calling TW CS. I was treated with total respect and made to feel
like I was their most important customer. I for one will never stray from TW.

So thank you TW and especially Paul for excellent service

Umm.. Yep..that it is a tasty discount for sure!  Tongue
 Good to hear C'S is still as on top as usual.. It can't really be over emphasised how important that stuff is.. In the future, that could well be the deciding factor for those looking to place their loyalty pin on the board!

As we all know every company makes mistakes, it's human nature,
but it's all about how they handle problems when this happens.
TW imo regard customer satisfaction as a No1 priority which is a
rare thing these days
