need help
does anyone know where i can buy the little rubber tips that come with the clearomizers sadly tw dont sell them as a seperate item.

You mean the rubber mouthpiece bit?  There are a few US suppliers that carry them, though I can't post links here.  If you google "clearomizer mouthpiece", you should find one (when I searched that phrase just now, the first result was a vendor that does sell them separately that I've done business with before)

You can use a drip tip, instead.  Depending on the particular clearomizer, you may need to remove the o-ring from it

Like Killjoy said you might just want to go w/ a drip tip. I hate those rubber tips and lose em like no other, but never lose my drip tip.

the cap with the hole in it that comes with it will work in a pinch. kinda weird tho

I have taken the cap off a a 510 tank and used that and it seems to work well   I lose those rubber ones all the time.
