So how many have you converted from analogs? I started vaping with TW because I had seen a guy at work with another brand of ecig and wanted to give it a try but didn't want to pay the astronomical prices. I researched and found TW. This same guy tried my TW kit and ditched his other set to buy TW Tank kit. I've also converted 2 others to TW with another 3 telling me they're going to order soon. The vapers now match the number of smokers outside half the time at work. My gf now wants one too (she is an occasional clove/cig smoker)
This stuff is great its just a matter of getting people to try it for themselves. Someone could make a killing with a Scentsy/Pampered Chef style in home demonstration business model with these things. Hell if I had the money I'd do it myself.
Anyone having similar luck?

I'm still trying to convert my father and some of his friends, I even posted some stuff on my facebook to stir up some interest from my extended family and friends. But alas I cannot say that I have truly converted anyone as of yet.

converted my mom and the bad part is I have to give her free liquid but she well you know gave birth to me. I also converted a couple people at a Chinese take out place and still get free food from time to time when I go in there. I also converted 2 police officers at my work. A lot of people who come up to me and ask are just curios and don't smoke. I try to keep it simple cause we pretty much speak our own language when it comes to the vaping lingo.

I have already spiked the interest of a few friends and have given them each a TW business card that came with my kit. Word of mouth, the best advertisement there is.

Managed to 'convert' 3 people just last night! All had tried e-cigs before but found they didn't produce lots of vapour or satisfy cravings. I gave them all a blast on my MK II with Tornado-T attached and 20mg pina colada. Lots of coughing later, followed by noticing they hadn't been out for a cig for a while lead to me recommending 2 tornado T kits and a titan T. If I'd have had them on me I'd have sold them there and then May have to look at the affiliates programme. Been thinking about it for a while but not really made the effort. However after last night's 'performance' I think I may well give it a go.

I've got one convert today who was all amazement and bug eyes when I let him test drive my Tornado T. Reckon he'll be placing an order this evening for himself and his wife. My aunt is also keen to try it. My Mother-in-law is less easily convinced. She genuinely enjoyed the experience but it's trying to assure her that there's no faff involved. This lady finds texting on a mobile phone a task so she may not go for it ultimately, just because they're electronic Being somewhat cautious by nature, I still can't fully accept that anything this satisfying doesn't have some major downsides lurking somewhere, and I've just yet to discover them. So I don't tend to eulogise, even though I'm often tempted to. Instead I let people try it, tell them what I've picked up about it when they ask and otherwise leave them to their own devices. Fortunately for Totally Wicked, the vaping tends to do the talking

Right now in the year and a half of vaping I've only managed to convert one person and in the midst of converting my cousin to it recently. When at the pub, people try it then say its great and say "I need a real one now" lol. My other family members that smoke will never try it though which is a very sad thing in my eyes, but I have to say at least I tried...
For my cousin I pointed him in this direction and time will tell if he makes a purchase and hope he does!

Well i've gotten 3 of my friend's/ my dad/ 1 cousin and maybe,,just maybe my mom. I got my mom and dad both there own tornado kits for christmas and my dad loved it. Mom not so much she goes a few weeks smoking analog's then goes back to the e-cig. Also my I tried to get my wife to convert but she hates e-cig's w/ a passion. Dunno why she just does. To each there own you know.

It's a funny old thing, changing habits; reminds me of an old lightbulb joke.... How many psychologists does it take to change a lightbulb? One. But the lightbulb has to really want to change. Vaping is the future, we're lucky we found it already I have four people that I know of converted by my influence, two of whom still use analogues as well but cutting them down. Each to his/her own, we all do it our own way, in our own time I've handed out dozens of TW cards (so unknown numbers of converts there!) and always carry spare carts for letting people try my kit. It's a powerful convincer, the Tornado

Ya puffer I didn't think of that, I carry around cards in my wallet. There's always people at mall/ some store asking what this thing is i'm smoking/vaping on that I give cards 2. Once had a cop think I was smoking on " something your not sposed to" at a baseball game me and the family had went 2. Had to tear everything apart and show him what it was + explain every piece and then he was oh well that's cool and I gave him a card lol. Was funny, but I live in the Midwest in U.S. and were always behind the times by a few years.

Hi Kane I know about behind the times here in the sticks where I live. I have to travel at least half an hour by car to get to a shop where I can buy knickers. I could get them at the market on a Friday, but I like better quality than that! I thought about the affiliate scheme with great enthusiasm until a friend (one of my converts!) pointed out the difficulty the local population has in adapting to change. She was right, the potential is very limited in a small rural community, but I'm so enthused about vaping that I'd love to be involved somehow in the greatest health initiative since penicillin

Hello puffer + ty 2! Ya I hear you, I live in a mid size city/ but at the same time rural because in midwest it's all about farming. Anyhow me a + another fellow vaper thought about doing the same thing when since while we've been vaping for over a year not many others do around here. Though, maybe a month or so ago me + the wife were at a mall + saw a lil stall vendor selling e-cigs. Was one of the very junk brands that are very overpriced w/ the carts you can't refill. Has me thinking it really does. Between me + my buddy we have the start up cash, and would love to offer a better brand/not rip offs e-cigs to people at a better prices. Though I know it wouldn't really kick in for along time. People just don't like change sometimes and new tech throws some people off. So until then i'll just keep giving away TW cards.

Yes Kane, it's mostly about sheep here in Wales but they won't commit to change either What do you mean "carts that can't be refilled? Buddy, where there's a will, there's a way !!!!! I have a little tiny PV which was my starter kit, they rely on refill carts for ongoing custom I assume, as the battery life is only about 2 hours the way I puff. I liked it because it was so small and I used to roll my own, so it was a transitional thing. It still chucks out great vapour and the atties are still as good as new after 6 months, so I use it for testing my flavour mixes That way I don't risk spoiling Wicked kit, and as I don't require more than half an hour chain-puffing to test a recipe, it's still very useful. Boy, those tiny carts are funny now after mega xxl super-duper clearo-carty-mizer thingies I've even used a hot craft knife to slice off the top of a sealed cartomizer for this little fella; the atty is still perfect after two months, dozens of refills and I've found a rubber whistle-tip which fits snugly. It looks very odd but works a treat. I will say though, no way would I use it full-time, there aren't enough electrical sockets to keep a charge in the batteries anyway

As thru the Forum rules I wont name the vendor but there set up so you HAVE to buy refill carts when they go dry. Though after some tinkering I bet you would find a way to refill em. What was worse is the kit,,which was junk was like $149.99. I just couldn't believe it, was such a rip off. I pulled out my Tornado to the guy at the booth he gave a scowl lol. Problem thoughis I bet that guy has got quite a few people who are maybe not as computer savy or don't know people that have e-cigs to buy that junk. That's why i'd like to give it a go because so many people do not know there's alot better e-cig kits and get scammed into buying junk.

Lolz.Buying knickers manly briefs at the market stall fills me with the same OCD terrors as having to sort through the fruit with a magnifying glass and tweezers after seeing some horny handed git manhandling the bananas and then just WALKING AWAY without buying them.

Well, keep an extra special cartridge of 36mg on you and see how long it takes them to need a cigarette after a couple of hits on that

Part of the reason, though, was I had a sensitivity to PG liquid and it gave me a bad sore throat. When I found out about VG liquids and all of the new products about a month ago, I decided to try it again! And this time I'm really enjoying it! I requested -- and received -- a bunch of TW business cards with my last order. I've had so many people lately ask me for info that I got sick of writing it all down. The cards are great! Not sure yet how many people have ordered kits. edited to comply with forum regulations - http://www.totallywicked-eliquid.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussions/legal-advisory-and-revised-terms-of-forum-use/
