Yea, I don't really understand why TW does not sell pure VG. Many of use would rather use it in its pure state or thin it ourselves with out dilutant of choice, water, vodka, EC.
Should have good vapour - the premixes are 10% VG, and give me clouds even on a 510
The premix DV is only 10% VG. Really? I thought it would be at least 20%. I've vaped straight PG and it's really low on visible vapor. Though, the TH is great. For my own preference, I wouldn't go lower than 20% on the VG.
It's all a matter of taste - certainly the Red Label is 20% VG (and the Black Label too,) but you'll get nearly as much vapour at 10% (vapour production expresses on a log scale, rather than an arithmetic one, so 20% won't give you twice the vapour - just a little more than 10%,) and it keeps the throat hit up. But yeah, 0% VG in PG makes for pretty disappointing performance.
Remember that the RL juices use Chinese nicotine, so they have that extra peppery throat hit to start with, and can take a bit more. but I find 20% with some of the non-tobacco flavours and USP nicotine makes it just a bit too bland (though some folks like it.)
