First of all, I want to thank everyone who participates in this Forum for all their amazing posts and excellent information.  Once more, you are being called upon for your insights and pure opinion.  I have been happily vaping for almost 3 years using a Super E-cig, my Red Label menthol juice (with a little VG added), and some serious dripping.  Unfortunately, it seems like more and more often, the parts that I need (bats/attys) are out of stock when I go to order (like today).  This is leading me to believe that my beloved little Super E-cig may be discontinued, so I'm hoping to make the move to an upgrade.  I tried this a while back, but couldn't let loose of my Super E-cig.  Part of my original decision on the Super E-cig was that it had the "look and feel" of my analogs, but none of the newer technologies seem to have that same "look and feel".  I know this sounds silly (well, it sure does as I'm typing this), but the new technologies are obviously heads and tails over what I've been using.  I'm fighting with myself to let go of this as a criteria and am looking at the EGo-C and the 510 Titan Tank.  I've read the reviews, tons of info, and the EGo-C seems to win hands down, but it seems more like a cigar (kind of chubby?) than a cigarette.  The 510 seems a little more like my old Super, but doesn't get as good of reviews.  If you've gotten this far, haven't dozed off, and have ever used the Super E-cig, I'd love to hear your opinions on what you upgraded to.  Even if you've never used the Super E-cig, tell me how you vape and why you think that I won't miss my old friend.

if you want something like the super your best bet is going to be the titan tank or if you like dripping get the regular titan. But he ego-c is by far way better.

My first device was a DSE103, the forerunner to the Super E Cig I believe, and pretty much the only thing that was available at the time, I played with it at best, whilst it sort of seemed nice that it looked like an analogue it certainly wasn't enough to keep me vaping full time; I bought a Tornado nearly 4 months ago now and have never looked back, I will be honest at the start I was worried it would be too bulky as I have little hands, but it's really not as big or heavy as you might think, I can palm my Tornado quite comfortably so that only a little bit of the mouth peice shows when I'm stealth vaping, and I regularly sit with it between my teeth and dangling out my mouth whilst I'm working at my computer so its really not as heavy as you would think.

The tank system is fab too, no more disposable cartridges or dripping juice everywhere to try and fill empty reusables, I use maybe 3 or 4 tanks a day, and a battery will last me a good 8-10hrs even though the thing is in constant use, as in genuinely it rarely ever leaves my grubby fist. I really don't think you can go far wrong with a Tornado T or C.

The wife has the Titan Tank & thinks it’s great.
On the other hand
For me the battery lasts no time at all.
I know lots of people want the analogue look but if you really want to upgrade together with ease of use go for the eGo C

Longer battery life

Inexpensive attys

Tanks for decent time between fills

Power off feature for safety

Power level indicator

Not forgetting the vapour & flavour

You can also use a 510 atty with carts or to direct drip

Apart from that I can’t see any advantages  Wink

Hey sks412,

So I agree that if you are looking for something similar that's still analogue like.. Then Titan Tank is the one.. Maybe in white if you want the same feel? You could get the larger battery for it, which would give you greater flexibility. I've noticed that the kits come with two different sized auto batts.. But I've always thought it made more sense to have one auto and one manual, so that newer vapers could get a feel for both?  Undecided I still have a titan for the odd ocassion when i want to go out with something super discrete. The titan can slip in the pocket of your jeans nicely. Anyway.. If you decide you can cope with something a little larger. I would have to agree that the Ego C can't be beat at the moment.. IMO. I love mine!  Wink

Can’t comment on the microlite I actually never had one.
Two questions.
1 can a fully assembled e-cig fit in the PCC ?
2 can you fill the Cartomiser ?
Looks good for the price if you are into analogue look alkies.
It’s the sort of thing the wife would go for as she thinks my big battery mods look ridicules.

I actually am happy that my tornado and various accessories DON'T look like analogs...  I'm not smoking a cigarette, and I don't want people to think that I am.

That being said, I have the tornado kit, and a wide variety of attys fit on the batteries without any modifications, so I think that's a great way to try a bunch of different attys for not too much money.

cyborg,  Yes and yes.  I have had mine a week and a half now.  I fill them mouth end without taking off the caps ect, condom method, bout 10 drops or so. I try to stop before the juice comes out the battery end  (did that make sense?) but I do not always get it right.  doesn't seem to bother it though.

wrap it in tissue,  give it a good shake, dry it,  give it a couple of blows, dry it again just to be safe and off you go.  Not had juice in my mouth once in 10 days of using it.  If I had to do it all as fast as possible I reckon I could do it in 30 seconds easy. It sounds hard but in reality it is the fastest and easiest and most reiable thing I have ever refilled (I am including driptips because ive had the devils juice in my mouth once or twice with those)

PCC has a cig set up, a 2nd battery on charge, and 5 cartos. (6 if you include the one on the cig).  PCC charges 4 batts easy, and the PCC can charge while it is being charge itself.   I chopped open a carto and it has a proper coiled horizontal atty right at the bottom, it looks just like an atty sitting there at the base of the carto, a tube of silica goes up with wadding wrapped around it.  The PCC has a non-replacable battery (I butchered one to take a look) at 4.44Wh has not really got much in the way of splash proofing at the buttons and charge socket area.  It charges via a USB cable, and these are vailable for £1.99, so you can easily keep on in the drw at work, glove box ect.

very very happy with it.  I have various other batterys for 501, 910s, egos and copies ect ect, adapters, passthroughs, attys and carto (never got round to trying a tank would you believe) that i have collected over 2 years.  This is my fave, but I am not supprised really, I have never felt right with my other slightly bigger stuff and it never got used anywhere near as much as my ol 401 stuff.  Glad to be back on the vape train.

a carto seems to last me about 5 hrs, a battery about 2.5 hrs.  But thts not a problem when it takes seconds to change the battery.

Most PCC,s cant take an assembled e-cig so that is a + point with the wife.

cyborg, same here.  There is a simular device on the market, but it has a single and bigger battery.  This design is much better as battery times mean nothing when you have a fully charged on waiting.

Darn it!  I got edited and realized exactly what I wrote that I shouldn't have.  I hate it when I do stupid stuff.  Anyway ... thank you all for taking time to post.  I'm not sure that I'm any closer to a decision, but I think I'm leaning toward the Titan ... or not ... LOL!!!  I'm hoping that an ex-Super e-cig vaper will also weigh in, but I may simply be the last dinosaur  Smiley

Hi sks

I started out 3 years ago with the super,  used it for about 3 months,  then went onto the 901 which was slightly better,   then the titan,  then the tank systems,  been on them for over a year now and they for me are the best around.  I now use the ego c tank and i sometimes use the titan tank,  both are good in my opinion.

If your gonna buy the titan,  make sure you get the tank system,  so much easier to refill.   One things for sure,  once you've tried them your gonna kick yourself that you didnt change sooner  Huh Wink

D4u2s0t absolutely agree with you. Yes, I am vaping, not smoking and I am not bashful about it.
And to help with decision? Well, very newbie around here but I am very happy with my TW Tornado-T.  Well if I have read more before shopping, I would get Tornado eGo now days, probably. Well, I may upgrade soon.
Apropos, have anybody seen a possibility to buy Tornado eGo-C atomizer bodies only? Not the whole starting kit including charger and so on? I do not need all this. The Tornado eGo-C atomizer bodies would be enough as the batteries, chargers  …  work for all series.

Vogo, I don't think it will be too much longer before TW gets them up for sale.    I believe it was 1.5 weeks ago that someone from TW said it would be about 3 weeks, but I'm not real sure on that.

much like dr who, i never go anywhere without my screwdriver.....it may take some getting used to, but it is so simplistic, you cant kill it! as an added plus, cyborg has posted so much great advice, even a moron like me can get a great vape.

You can always get a Tornado or device as such for home/in the car/office vaping, and keep your current "look a like" setup for nights out/bar/dinner/etc. I have a Tornado on the way and that will probably be what I will be doing, I always get questions on what I am smoking so it never hurts to be a little more discrete while out and about.

I am happy with my Tornado and my atomizers so far. Drop once in a while. Have 4 batteries charged and ready to go. I wait for my screw driver and think about the eGo C. So much good is written about it. But nevertheless, I'll be all set for the future and never buy a pack of tobacco again.............now i only need to make my own fluids and I have all the info on hand here...thanks to all of you.......
