DV Absinthe is the ultimate vape flavour :-)

« on: February 17, 2012, 06:56:56 PM »

I have been longing for new flavours to like and I could not see any on TW's shelves at the moment.
And TW's new lines of flavours are taking forever to come  Sad
So I went to another store in the search for that flavour that I want to use all the time.
I got 6 bottles of 2 different brands, I am pretty sure they are very common brands.
They both smell and taste like Poision!  Shocked I have tried 5 of 6, not sure I do dare try the last  Huh
If I had got this stuff to begin with I would never had continued vaping.
They was so horrible compared to the brands that TW carry.
I mean I have tried a lot of flavours from TW that I did not like. But they did not taste like poision at least.
I hear a lot of horror stories on the forum of starting with some cheap bad stuff and feeling lucky to have
come here and tried something decent.
I consider myself very lucky to have find TW as my first supplier to start vaping with.
Thanks  Grin

Oh and when are the new flavours coming?
I am very impatient and want them now  Grin
In fact  I am starting to feel a bit desparate.

I also started with TW. i remember the day that the red titian 510 came in the mail, and how fast i opened it. the first day i vaped was the start of a new way for me. its almost 500 days and i have not looked back. i was also very lucky to start with TW, the product was 1st rate, and the juice was outstanding. i was ,and still am 100% satisfied  with TW products and customer service.......and this forum . without the members i would have failed, their support was a huge reason that i have made the switch.
Thanks TW, CS and forum members
thanks Knoton for the thread..

Jurgen,
Hopefully TW will have the cone and the housing for the c atty heads soon.
When you can try it without costing a smaller fortune.
I love the C atty, dont use anything else since I got it.

Caz,
Oops, sorry I really should know by now what I am allowed to write and not.
But no it dont look like it  Roll Eyes
I have no clue what was forbidden in that I wrote.
Problem is, I dont really remember what I wrote.
I just kind of wanted to say something and put down a lot of words...

I thought you had a 2 year supply of Absinthe, you can’t have vaped it all Knoton  Wink.
I know how you feel though it definitely feels is if the new lines of flavours are taking forever to come.

No I have only a little bit more than one year of absinthe supply.
I want to find something else as well to vape.
Absinthe is great, but vaping it all the time becomes every day.

:)I have spend a lot of money when i got to know the e-cigs. All those ended up in the waste basket, because they did not work. Many of my friends had the same experience. They went all back to cigs. I hang on. On a visit to Germany last Christmas my son presented me with the totally wicked tornado as a Christmas present. He gave me the Tornado and many accessoires so I could find my own way. I have never looked back. Now i have given away already 6 batteries, many dual coil Xl Lr to my friends to try it. I believe they all hook on. The problem is, that many do not want to do the research and the trials, they just want something that works. It does not work, they give up. So I demonstrate. And they all say: I can live with that. The Tornado is an excellent piece of work. For a smoker of 50 years, rolling my own Gaulloises I had a hard time to switch, but I hang on. I need 36mg of nicotine, a tough throat hit and lot's of vape. I  found all of  this with the Tornado. So: I can live with that." I have many, many friends who still smoke. I mean many, many ,many....and i keep working to show them how to get rid of that powerful cigarette addiction. I only worry about the problems with the FDA and with the supply. I would like to make my own juice but it seems that there is a problem with the supply to United States because the ingredients are sold out for quite a while now and i don't see a change. Nevertheless, i enjoy my Tornado and i will not light up, never ever....thank's again for all your support.....

Jurgen,
The supplies are short because of the change of products that are going to happen.
It will change soon...
Mixing your own is great. you get your juice exactly the way you want it.
you can mix different flavours to invent new ones.
And in most cases it is cheaper.

Hi, CAZ, may be you can fill me in with the problems relating to the FDA and why I can't get supply from Totally Wicked to make my own juice. That would be my next step.  Grin Keep me grinning....please...........

Jurgen,
I just went over to TW USA.
They do seem to have at least base nicotine.
What is it you are missing?

There are no issues with the FDA regarding the liquids sold here.

As Knoton has stated TW will be manufacturing some of the lines in house. Others will continue to be sourced from overseas and the US such as the Patriot line.

Some items are currently sold out due the the recent sales and will most likely show up in stock soon.

Platinum Ice is available, but no dilutents. Don't I need dilutents for the mix?

The Platinum Ice is 45 Dollars for 30 ml. I can get my favorite juice(Vendor Prohibited) for 8 Dollar/30ml. Using 3 cc/ml a day that keeps my cost to 80 cent a day.One carto every three days is 60 cent. So my expenses are $ 1.40 day for the basics. Batteries are still working since Christmas. Compared to the cigs a great deal. And not to forget my energy level and my health. But 45 Dollars for the platinum ice seems to me a little bit strong. Teach me otherwise please.....thank's.... Grin

The point is that Platinum Ice is 54mg, not intended to be vaped straight, although I keep hearing urban myths that some do Tongue Chuck Norris' illegitimate brother perhaps? I bought 30ml over 2mths ago now and I still reckon I've a months worth left (admittedly I've cut down to between 4 and 6mg now but I hadn't when I bought it). The idea is that it is used as a component to your home mixes, I go through between 3 and 6ml a day, which means if I buy pre mix I am spending approx £7 ($10) on premix juice every 3 to 4 days but it is a fraction of that if I mix my own.

I agree with you Knoton, TW flavours are the best I've come across. I've only tried the Patriot and Red Label Range and they have all been really good.

I strayed to another vendor recently and their flavours tasted great, however they destroyed my old T Tank atties as the concentrate was full of sugar. I'm looking forward to the new concentrates too, do we know when they are arriving?

Jurden, I believe 'pre mix' means e liquid already mixed/prepared by the seller in different nicotine strengths and flavours - a more expensive way of buying liquid than mixing your own.

And, yes, to mix your own you need the ingredients you mentioned + nicotine flavourless liquid if you want nicotine in your mix (the PG and AG are used to dilute the nicotine strength) + flavouring if you want flavouring in your mix.

I'm new to vaping so if I've provided incorrect/incomplete information I'm sure someone will put me right.

This seems to be the norm, which is good. I ordered a Tornado eGo-C kit yesterday and CAN NOT wait until it arrives! Excited to join the group of satisfied Totally Wicked customers!

Well.. There are some good e liquid sellers out there.. It would be silly of me to pretend otherwise BUT there are also a lot of terrible ones too, including ones whose ingrediants are unknown, so you have absolutely no idea whats in them?
The great thing about TW juice, is you know that what you are getting is excellent quality fluid, that won't gunge up your atties and you can be sure of exactly what's in it. That consistency, coupled with excellent C'S, makes the slightly higher cost more than worthwhile IMO.

Just hurry up and bring out these new flavours peeps.. We're chomping at the bit here!  Wink

I have found their juices to be very well made via reviews, which factored heavily into the Tornado purchase, so I can't wait to try them out!
