Although we cant really discus health "benefits" as e cigs have not had medical studies carried out to back up any such claims improving health, I suppose you can look at the leaflet you get when you quit smoking and assume some may be applicable since many adverse effects on your health from smoking were caused not by nicotine but by the other chemicals and the effect tar has on lungs.
Since none of these are present in ecigs it would be reasonable to also assume you may see some differences. Inhalation of burning plant matter is rationally a terrible idea however your craving for nicotine usually supersedes rational thought however.
Really the only question in relation to ecigs would be whether propylene glycol can have adverse effects over a prolonged period of use. I personally do not think so, if you are sensitive or allergic to propylene glycol you can also have glycerin based liquid which again seems to raise no major concerns but no long term study has been carried out. This mainly due to the the fact vaping is still relatively new.
So I would say after a while you be the judge of how you feel

I am glad I started vaping and stopped smoking thats all i can say from my experience. I have actually cut down my nicotine level since starting vaping. This may not be the case for you or anyone else though because although ecigs do satisfy your craving from nicotine they do not decrease your dependency of nicotine.
I first used 24mg then decreased to 18mg moved to 36mg for a bit then back to 18mg then to 14mg then to 11mg and now down to about 5mg (for that i mix my own)
I only cut down as after a while i was getting headaches and so cut down the nicotine level i was using and again felt fine. Also you may feel dizzy or just like you did having your first cig of the day and getting a nicotine rush. If you do get this and headaches etc try just cutting your nicotine level down and you will feel fine with the enjoyment of vaping again.
Nicotine however is no worse for you than caffeine although a much more addictive drug. It does effect the way your brain works hence why you get cravings for nicotine as you would if you were hungry. Damage wise nicotine in doses which are used in ecigs is no more harmful than a regular cig and as i said before caffeine or any other stimulant.
sometimes the liquid (usually just as your cart is nearly empty) the liquid left in it will easily flow out the cart into the atomizer. This floods it slightly and to prevent it submerging the coil in the atty it has a hole in the atomizer which allows liquid to "leak" out so if you are using a thin liquid Eg Titan range It can happen. Just give it a wipe now and again and it will be fine,
I would say its a good idea to every other day just take the cone off the battery and give the battery conection and the cone a wipe with kitchen roll. This just keeps things in a nice dry condition.
Dont become obsessive over it these things are very robust but like i said every other day and it will keep the contacts working at their best.
Anything else dont hesitate to ask
