What I don't understand is,if there are so many problems with these CE3 and 4's,why are they still being sold ? TW know there are problems and it is causing complaints and dissatisfaction with its customers but continue to sell them.
Whenever questioned re pricing we are told that you get what you pay for and,according to the mission statement,TW prides itself on customer satisfaction and selling only the best quality items....doesn't look too much like it from where I'm standing.
Come on TW,refund those who have issues and stop selling what quite obviously are a pile of crap.

The CE3's are not a pile of crap to me, I love them, as do many others, each to their own as they say  I don't like CE2's I have tried them and they don't suit me, but again, some people love them. I tried eating oysters once, I don't like them, so I won't buy any more on the off chance they may taste better next time. TW was criticised for not stocking CE2's and CE3's etc when they were first made available, not stocking them would end up forcing customers to look elsewhere for them, and they are exactly the same goods so would be no better, or no worse as the case may be. |

peoples opinions vary, when TW stopped selling the smokymisers for a while and were out of stock with the clearomisers also for a while there were complaints asking where these products were. Yes there are some who dont like them, i'm one of them i prefer the tanks, but with saying that there are people who hate the tanks also. One size doesnt fit all. Seems to me that TW are damned if they do sell these products and damned if they dont have these products available. |

LOL... Damn TW ..... Looking at the banner at the top of the page well damned it is apparently ..... King of the damned to be exact. Meh!! Me personally i don't care for the Tornado C ... that could change tonight as I finally got around to getting a pack of LR coils for it. I find all atomisers to have there faults.... I however am partial to the CE2's.... can be tuned/cleaned/modded to suit... excellent flavor/vapor/throat hit CE'3 not bad but really no way to tweak or clean them..... the bung annoys me.... condensation issues as well. CE4's waiting for them to come in the mail...no comment... but they do seem somewhat like the 3's in regards to tuning/cleaning Dual Coil Tanks .... much better then the ones i purchased elsewhere in every regard... can see what all the fuss is about. As I have said before in regards to atomisers/cartomisers to each his own ... there are plenty to choose from here and more options coming in the near future. If you don't like one try a different one. Much like all the flavors sold here you don't know what your missing till you try. I have tried some nasty ones..... not the flavors fault ....everyone is different If that wasn't the case there would be only one flavor, one atomiser, and one battery sold here... only one page on the website and only 100 posts on the forum ...they would all be about how much they loved there battery, flavor, and atomiser and could clearly see why there are no choices Milliesmate you tried the CE4's and don't like them... move on to the next  |

Ah really? That's unfortunate Darth  See, I really love my Tornado C's. The atties seem to go on forever and I just love the consistency. Much better than what ive used before. I only used to get half the lifespan out of my other atomisers? So for that reason, I've emailed TW and asked them to stop stocking everything else as I don't require them anymore. I have also asked for a full refund for everything I've ever bought before and for my postage to be reimbursed oh and there will only be tobacco flavours stocked from now on. Sorry.. But I'm sure you will understand? Ps: I've just ordered a DCT to try as I heard some people quite like them? But If I don't.. Then they will be going too. So you best stock up now! |

TW choose to sell them because there is a lot of people who love them despite of the inconsitency problems. Those people still thinks that they are worth it. I find it strange that you want TW to stop selling something that a lot of people love just because you dont like them and the product has inconsistency problems! If you dont like something just dont buy it! Some people, like me, prefer good quality stuff and others prefer cheap stuff that every now and then works excellent. Why cant the different type of customers be able to buy from the same company. I know that Jason and TW has some major plans for TW in the near future. They, as a company, are as aware of the problems with some stuff as we are. And as you have seen on this thread earlier they are doing something about it. Hopefully that does not include to stop selling cheap products that some love and some hate. all is a matter of preference. |

Milliesmate - you could easily buy elsewhere and remain a part of the community, rather than slagging off everyone who doesn't agree with you!? That way when you get the same issues (and worse service) at the next place, you can still feel welcome when you eventually realise how good you get it here?

I do think, that some of the products stocked suit the more experienced vaper more so than others but only in terms of understanding vapings little quirks first. That is why people tend to suggest certain products when someone asks for the best PV to start out with. Though I still think the learning curve is less step now, largely due to places like this, where newbies and the more experienced can get help? We do all need advice from time to time.. Man.. Should've seen me trying to get my head round this DCT that turned up this morning! I did though.. And gotta say.. It's fantastic! If you just said "look, tried the CE's.. Didn't rate them.. Here's why, won't be buying those again" then fair one, nobody would mind.. Your are free to give opinions here both good and bad.. Many do everyday. But you can't deem that something should no longer be stocked, just because you didnt click with it? especially when many people like the product? That just makes no sense right?  Finally.. My money is very hard earned.. Trust me.. I have many scars to prove it.. I certainly wouldn't be giving it to someone if I wansnt happy with what I was getting.. Rest assured.. What exactly is the problem you/your friend is having and with which product. I don’t know if you read the entire thread but I spoke to CS and Jason himself contacted me to discuss the issues I raised in this thread. Not once was I told that it was the first they had heard of it, neither was I told I must be doing something wrong in fact completely the opposite.. Jason is aware of some quality and consistency issues and TW are doing a lot to resolve that by bringing manufacturing in-house, that’s a few months off but I personally think that this stuff will really come on leaps and bounds when that happens. You say you can buy the products cheaper elsewhere, that’s fair enough, it’s your prerogative to shop around. Yes, some things are a little more expensive here at TW but my opinion on that is, if that enables Jason to start manufacturing rather than keep on importing from China then I am happy to pay a little extra and I’ll happily pay a little extra again for products he manufactures himself if it means I get a better quality and more consistent product for my money. |

I work in an industry that anyone who wants quality generally refuses chinese manufacture.
I am shocked at the quality of he tw stuff as its great or china, but three quality systems and inspection process is awful so no surprise a few bad ones slip though the net.
I don't want to come across wrong, as the price is set by competitors etc and everyone is in business to make money. I think the tw prices are fair for the experience and product we get, but I would think these are seriously marked up, prob by joy tech to tw.
I would expect them to be sold to end user about 10x factory cost, which, if TW can organise there own manufacture would be great, as we know the price may not go down but the quality can only be improved. in a good way this would allow TW to carry out more investment into new products, as don't remember we are also paying for future R&D, and take the vaping to he next level.
I would expect many changed in vaping over the next few years, we all remember our cell phones a few years ago, I remember the first color screen, and thought things could not get better, then apple came along.................
Great times ahead me thinks ....

So Darth, what did you think of the LR atomizers for the C? I'm curious because I was told by the Bradenton clerk I should get some 510 LR cartomizers for my Tornato if I wanted more throat hit, which I did; but was not impressed because I thought I was getting less flavor. Recently got the C, but was afraid to get the LR attys for that same reason. Can you tell me your thoughts on them? LOL... Damn TW ..... The LR coil is only slightly better.
I can hardly taste the flavor ..... There is more there than with the standard coil it's still weak though.... the throat hit is just not there and it's on the smooth side.
I wanna like this setup it's just not happening.
So I will administer my own advice
I tried the Tornado C's and don't like them... will move on to the next.
But really my CE2's have been a dear friend to me... my order of ultimate's and CE4's arrives today.... so getting some of the good stuff along with something I never tried before.

I have both on me atm at work... The DCTs are not bad..... Better then the tornado C.... But still getting better flavor from my CE2
Vaping a blend of 555, caramel mocha,and hazelnut..... Highway to Heavan I calls it.
Taste is coming through better on the clearo.
