Legal Advisory and Revised Terms of Forum Use As many of our customers are aware, Totally Wicked has filed a lawsuit against the United States Food and Drug Administration over the detention of a shipment of our product and the misclassification of our products by the FDA. As part of our efforts to ensure an uninterrupted supply of Totally Wicked products in the United States in the future, effective immediately, the following new terms and conditions of use of the Forum are in effect:
- No third-party banners are permitted; such banners will be removed.

- No statements that reasonably may be interpreted as making a "smoking cessation" and similar claims regarding use of TWI's products, or electronic cigarettes generally, are permitted. Such statements will be subject to immediate editing and/or removal.
