Same here Timuk.
Bought my TT back in January, more in hope than expectation and haven't looked back.My first battery gave up the other week, and other than two atties that were DOA (quickly replaced) it's been pretty much plain sailing.
In just under 11 months I've gone from giving over 2k to Mr American Red Tobacco to giving around 850 quid to Mr Wicked.
No brainer. Cool

Kaisernine

Wish I had found TW earlier.... Found it by chance as while I was trying to cut out the old habit I dragged my old ecig out of its box.....one I bought a few years ago and gave up on as it was rubbish..... then found a disposable one on sale at Tescos.....which I found was very good compared with my first ecig...but got expensive as I was using 2 or 3 a day at around £6 each....... but was happier with them than the old habit...... then did the google search and found Wicked...am just amazed how good it is and how far it's come since my first try.....

have only been Vaping for about 10 weeks..... my saving as of today is exactly £400(though the banner in here is a little misleading and shows a higher saving) and growing by £15 a day with the current price of the old habit.....so, can have a bit of a pre-Christmas spend and still be ahead.....but it's not only the savings that I am happy with....it's the other stuff we are not allowed to mention.....

Yep, has done for me what I thought would be a nightmare if not impossible....with the bonus that I love it....

Yeah the banner just shows how much you haven't spent on your old habit and doesn't factor in your spends on TW.
From what you've said though in ten weeks you've spent around 500 quid on TW?
Although that seems a lot I was pretty much the same,I spent more in the first three months than I have over the last seven.
Once I got my mixing and experimenting with flavours sorted,I got into a routine and my spending has dropped off substantially.

The banners are really useful though - I show my wife mine when I'm persuading her that I really need a shiny new vaping toy Smiley
To be serious, though - even though I've spent several thousand on vaping since I started, I'm still way ahead overall compared to what I would be spending on Cigarettes - I reckon it would be over a tenner a day now for 30 American Red Tobacco!

If I had a banner and showed it to my wife she would probably say that money should be in the bank then.  Shocked

All joking aside, I often wonder where the money I've saved has gone - strange how it just disappears!

I have the Tornado E-nic since November 17th....kit came with 2 batteries and two atomizers. I'm a serious nicotine junkie. I was a 3+ pack a day smoker. one battery last me from  10- pm till I go to bed around midnight..up at 530am vap till just after lunch time then it is dead....pop in 2nd battery until  I get home around 5pm put dead  battery on charger... change it at 10pm and put the one on the charger for the next day.

I'm waiting for the 1000ma battery to arrive...have not used the 2nd atomizer that came with the kit...yet.

i should of said

yeah what phil said Cheesy:D

nice post mate
Ean33 and Phil A, thanks for the respectful replies and the information contained therein. I will try to be less terse and soften my tone. I am very used to writing in a very dry straight forward tone. I agree that TW is pretty decent website to do business with and I am SUPER grateful that they lowered their shipping to 2.99. I have had to call them a couple of times and they were patient and helped me pick out the right thing.  I am learning as I go and I spent some time today going through posts (just lurking) and most of the people seem decent. I do hope that the sociopaths in the US government, most of whom are unelected bureaucrats, don't ban the e-cig or make it too expensive with massive taxes like they do on certain other products that we inhale). I am finishing my 3rd day with the clearomizer and on the 3rd refill and it is still producing lots of vapor and I'm really happy with them so far and if they last as long as yours have, I will be very happy. You mentioned that the way you vape and how much juice seems to effect how they perform, got any tips for a newbie? I am using the red label TW e-juice. Is it best to fill them to the top or does it not matter?

Thanks again,

Chris

You should never top anything always leave a bit of space left.
Otherwise the mechanics to draw juice into the atomizer wont work well.
I am sure someone will be able to explain it better than me, the science behind.

I never fill my tanks to the top, always leaving about a 1 to 2 mm empty, I think that you need that gap to allow a little air in.... otherwise it causes a vacuum and the fluid will not draw properly....

Am sure this bit is mentioned in the "how to use" video on the Wicked site on the Torndao tank page...

Kaisernine...

Yep, around £500.... sounds like a lot on its own but compared to the saving and future saving is well worth it....also I had a bit of a spending spree at first... like many seem to do here it was a case of I wanted everything and I wanted it now  Smiley

Made a couple of mistakes at first and wasted some money, did not even know about the Twitter discount codes when I placed the first few orders....but did well in the last yoyo.....

The only planned purchases I have are for the new Ego C attys and maybe a couple of Tornado tank kits for Christmas presents.....if they appear in the current yoyo and I can catch them cheap enough..

But, I have around 3months supply of juice....maybe more.....and enough kit to last nearly a year....as I was spending around £15 a day on the old habit I reckon my savings after a year will be in the region of £4,500.....which is just unbelievable ....even more so that I know I will not have that sort of cash spare in the bank....who knows where it goes :-)

All in all..... very happy with my new obsession :-)

Ean and Phil have said it best Chris. As I said earlier, I was very skeptical about the whole vaping thing at first, especially after getting a kit and running into a few problems with it in the first weeks. This forum was and still is a wealth of information for me. In the first few weeks of vaping I would watch and re-watch videos available on this site and read and re-read instructional posts. The information I have gained just from this site has made my vaping experience so much better than trying to go at it alone.

As they say knowledge is power and in the vaping world it is definitely a must for a good experience. Throughout my experience  TW and the good people on this forum have been there to hold my hand as no one that I know personally vapes. There is alot to learn about vaping and I think there will be a lot more to come as vaping improvements are made. That is my hope anyway.
