This may sound really stupid but my 510 just leaked really badly in my mouth and I swallowed it. About a mil or two, I mix my liquid at 18mg strength is there anyway it could make me ill? Ha. I'm a bit of a panic when it comes to my health

How the hell did it happen? Did you break the tank with your teeth? Surely to ingest 30 mg of nicotine in a shot is not healthy at all.

Well the top bit pulled out of the tank while I was trying to unscrew it but it popped back in so I thought it was fine, but a load of it just leaked in my mouth, I may be over estimating the amount of it a bit. Ha. I'm terrriblee. Just a bit worried

The general figures are 60mg nicotine absorbed has the potential to kill a non-smoking adult but this figure can be a lot higher for smokers (due to nicotine tolerance). It also depends on your weight. I'm not in any position to judge on how much you've swallowed to be fair so you would need to decide whether you may have swallowed enough to warrant taking any action. Hopefully you're okay, but don't take swallowing a large amount (if you might have done) lightly please. You need to sensibly judge the amount. If I were in your position, and I was worried I would probably make myself sick (salt water) and seek medical attention. This highlights the need for care with nicotine

I think I'll be okay. I don't think I took in as much as that. I'm very thin but I'm sure I'll be okay, I think it'll make me sick on its own if its done any damage (looking on the wiki for nicotine poisoning). Thank you for the response though! Everyone on here is so helpful!

If you are using a titan, then is it a basic titan with wadding in the tip? Or a titan tank? Or a tornado, eg0-c?
Either way I dont think you could have swallowed much more than 1ml. and that is if the wadding/tank was full at the time.
As Chops already stated, this does go to show that care must be taken at all times with nicotine. I think you have to judge now Nicole, exactly how your body is feeling? If you feel light headed, or have a head ache, or nauseous, then you may have ingested more than a normal amount of nicotine for you. Be on your guard, but please don't panic, as personally I don't think you could have taken in more than 1ml at the most.
That being said, I am not a health professional, and if you do feel ill, maybe you should get yourself checked out.
Edited to add,... unless you are using one of the xl tanks at 2ml?

Okay, that's a relief... but please monitor yourself for any ill signs (dizziness, nausea, headaches etc)... I suspect that your nicotine desire may subside a little if you absorb any of what you've swallowed...

It is an xl tank, but it was only like a quarter full. I felt a bit headache, but I'm generally a bit over the top with my help. I feel okay at the moment but I'm with someone tonight so they'll keep an eye on me. Thank you for all the advice though. I'll post back in the morning to say I'm okay. But you're right, it'll teach me to be a lot more careful in future!

Ok Nicole, well I hope you don't have too many symptoms! lol a quarter of an XL tank, would give around a half a ml, to 0.6 ml if it was a tornado Take care, and be careful in future

Well, I'm awake! Got a splitting headache though, just feel like I'm hungover! Think I'll be alright though Glad your doing alright. I had nicotine poisoning several years ago from working for a tobacco farmer. It's not fun. I was told that due to be a smoker was one of the things that prevented it from being so bad. I basically had a bad headache, nauseous, vomiting, and developed a rash on my arms from where the tobacco plants had rubbed. I had been told that the symptoms were different from nicotine poisoning from contact (called green tobacco disease) and ingestion. What I had lasted about a week, and ended my very well paid job as a tobacco farm hand! (those who get green tobacco disease are more prone to get it again much easier)

Chops, is it true that you don't have snakes in the U.K. either? Seems that I heard that somewhere...that, or you had very few due to the climate? Not the case here in Florida...we have more snakes than people. And a conservative estimate of 1.3 million wild alligators (probably closer to 2 or 3 million in actuality). I'm hijacking the thread sorry! Glad you're ok Nicole!

Lol Vapor_Trails67, we have a few snakes in UK...Ireland is the country without any snakes, the UK has three native species, one of which is poisonous. Thankfully the most dangerous thing in our rivers and lakes are probably Pike. Our lizards and amphibians don't grow more than a few inches long.

I used to live in Naples, FL....we had a canal on the back side of our property...About a week after moving in, we woke up one morning and found an alligator in our pool, then less than a week later we had an alligator get stuck in our doggy door going into the kitchen!!! I had a fence installed the following week!! lol

I love watching them hunt.

May need more than a rolling pin Os Yep, a bullet to the head dead center between the eyes & a couple of inches back hits the brain box! Usually though, you just call fish & game and they come out and get 'em. If they declare 'em as a "nuisance" gator they off them. Otherwise, they get relocated. If YOU take care of it w/out a permit and out of season it's a nasty fine. You have to prove you were in immediate danger to justify killing one which, usually involves having a part of you (or one of your animals) in it's mouth.

I had called 911, they told me to get my family and pets out and stay out of the house (duh...already done).....they sent the police, and fish & game. I didn't get to see how they got the gator out of the doggy door, but they did so without any damage...When I called about the one in my pool, we got to watch them fish him out, tie him up and load him. Not sure where they took them.
