Phew, that's ok then, a sleepless night with a sick child tends to cause temporary sense of humour bypasses and it seems I got one

Aww thanks for asking Cyborg, her blood tests came back positive for Glandular Fever and she's suffering quite badly with swollen glands in her abdomen which leave her pretty much doubled over, she's been given painkillers and anti spasmodics to help and we've seen a little improvement in the last 24hrs - I even managed to coax her to eat half a McDonald Cheese burger and a Vanilla Milkshake yesterday afternoon (I know its s*it food but when you've got a child that hasn't eaten anything for 4 days you sort of throw the healthy eating out the window when they say they are hungry); sounds pretty drastic I know, but actually we are relieved, she had the big C a couple of years back and we were concerned it was that back again, so Glandular Fever is a wallk in the park by comparison.
