I'd go with the clearo, but it's close...tanks are great and are closer to what I'm used to out of a 510, just a lot more portable than dripping.  Tanks are easier filling when out and about than the clearos.

I get a fair bit more life out of the coils with the clearos, however, they do break for various reasons. On some older ones when the joint between the tube and battery connector becomes loose, if I'm not paying attention the shaft spins which pulls and disconnects the wires inside, is one example.  Tanks I get about 2-3 weeks out of life from the coil itself.  I can change or flip the tube, as well as, reattach wire on a clearo pretty easily.

I feel I have to handle the clearos with kid gloves, tanks I can knock 'em about a little more.

I have noticed if I take exceptionally long drags or feather the button vaping sorta like you would smoke a pipe I get a burning taste off the clearos, I think that's from the silicone top over the bowl really getting hot.  I don't like that at all, but if I stick to 3-5 second drags like I would a cig, it's great.  I get plenty of vapor, holding it any longer seems to defeat the purpose I don't get much more.

I'm surprised I haven't heard any mention of battery life. For me, whatever battery I used seem to hold charge for a much longer time using the 2.4-2.6 and 2.6 to 2.8 Ohm clearos as opposed to low and standard resistance tank atties, and the overall experience for both is a close race for me.  So less strain on the battery is definitely a plus for the clearo.

Then there's always price, clearos are much more cost effective for me.  If ever I can get 4-6 weeks consistently from a tank I'll reevaluate it; as it stands, the clearo is by far much more cost effective for me.

I voted clearo, and I echo everything Dereck said.

Also I like clearos for easily switching between flavors. Don't have to deal with cross-over taste or cleaning/blowing out attys to change liquid. That's a big plus, IMO. And I actually prefer the heat of the vape off of a clearo as compared to a tank. I get plenty of vapor from my tank, but it's a less satisfying TH for me than a clearo. I do like the ease of refilling a tank cartridge, but the cost of clearos outweighs that great tank feature in my eyes.

But I use both. I use the tanks for when I'm going to be out, and I use the clearos at home or if I'm going to be back home before I need a refill.
