Hi all,

I've noticed that it is now virtually impossible to track your orders now that TW have switched from Royal Mail to UPS.

First hurdle is the tricky registration process (well, I suppose it is in the interest of you having an individual and secure password, but I've never typed in a password so many times only to find it's not eligible for one reason or another).

Once you've managed to successfully register, you then have the actual tracking failure to look forward to. Even typing in the destination postcode reveals "no items found"

Type in your order number - "no items found" All this despite getting an e-mail from TW saying my order status has changed.

Just to clarify, not a whinge at TW, but maybe they could give UPS an ear-bashing.

Hey Jeddy,

I must have missed this.. Huh when did they switch then? just that my last order which i got about 10 days was still Royal mail? So has this change happened in the last week or so?  Undecided Guess I will have to allow extra time to register when i place my next order then. Oh goody.. another password to remember!  Roll Eyes

I am expecting an order to be in the post today so will have to check this out.
I really liked the auto tracking, simply click the link in the email to inform you it was in the post to be directed to the Royal mail tracking.
Why IMPROVE something that works flawlessly.
I can only wait and see what happen later today.

Update
Yey  Royal Mail tracking is the same. Grin

Your order ####### has been shipped. Your tracking number is ‘###########GB’.
Please click ( Link to Royal mail tracking ) to track your order with Royal Mail.
Alternatively, if your tracking number begins with ‘1Z’ please track your order with UPS following the link below:

Think I get it.

RM for UK

UPS for US

Perhaps?

If so, my dumbness has risen to a height I previously thought impossible  Embarrassed

Hiya ScottyOhio, you'll only need to worry about Royal Mail if you are ordering from the UK site. The US site uses USPS and UPS.

Calm is relative VE..... Undecided  if fact, I think it's a third cousin twice removed of paranoia (and always, always remember..... just because you're paranoid doesn't mean everyone isn't out to get you Huh). Cheesy

Your concern is, as always, touching mates. Roll Eyes Wink   So for those interested parties I'm reporting as ordered.

Latest TW order received and signed for this morning.  All is well in the garden.  No signal fires on the Brecon Beacons.....  Oh, and this just in from the topside watch: "the roach coach has made it's approach". Huh   We now return you to your regularly scheduled program, already in progress. Grin

There is nothing wrong with your forum. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume. If we wish to make it softer, we will tune it to a whisper. We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical. We can roll the image, make it flutter. We can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity. ...., sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. We repeat: there is nothing wrong with your forum. You are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to — TW
